Dee .... I'm not one for joining groups but just to let you know I have 14,146 shares in this at average higher that the potential offer price so will be voting against regardless .... IF ... It is actually formally made in due course at the current suggested price.

Include them in your calculations or not - up to you entirely of course but I won't be joining any group one way or the other.

No worries although just to correct 1 minor point the options vested at 2.18p ...... This was a tiered rewards programme & needless to say they didn't even reach the lower tier targets of let alone the higher & all have expired now...... for reference the corresponding vesting price would now be £2.18 ..... make of it what you will I know I did!!

Degsie ..... it was when someone asked him in the webinar about how they could still reach the exercise targets for there reward shares @ 2.14p in the 'missing' webinar where he blurted out about BCN raising at 25p ....

..... he was correct when he stated at the same time that Bacanora was going to raise at 25p & then tried to fluff his way out of it by saying between 25p & 35p .... that was just before we dumped our remaining holdings in them at a significant loss ..... this would be so much easier with a transcript of THAT webinar LoL .....

As I recall I've seen a number of them over the last couple of years as & when associated cases/actions are linked/attached to the main ..... so in my opinion this is likely a sub case attached to the main JRP case ...... of course I could also be very wrong.....LoL

MD we put $2M in escrow to be released when we get the bank agreement & 20% ...... we lent them a smaller amount to commence operations ..... busy at the moment but the loan details are in our RNS's probably 12-16 months ago now though....

MD .... we didn't lend out 2 million at 18% ...... we lent about £540k at 18% (which maybe offset against the $3.5m required for the 27%)

LoL .... The pause on Oblivion comes before a massive drop into a black hole ..... In relative terms we've only just recovered from one of those .. ... I was rather hoping we were going to be on a ride into the heavens from here on the expected news but hey ho the wrong news could indeed put us back on the edge of the black hole that is Oblivion I guess then it could be another 5/6 years+ of waiting ...... Today's SP will flatten out by the look of things once they sort themselves out from that UT first thing.. ..

OBS .... not to put too fine a point on it I reckon your talking hairy sphericals ... LoL a loss stop isn't necessarily a trade you want to see filled especially if you're the one whose put it on shares you hold .... it's simply a mechanism by which you can choose to limit your losses (or further erosion of your profit(s)) without any other trades on either platform below 26p I'd be well hacked off if my broker sold my shares at 25p under a stop loss scenario .... I'd accept it as a NT though .... So unless someone can evidence prove otherwise it's just a bog standard sell by someone who simply needed/wanted to offload for whatever reason in my book....

Yes I know ... Regardless it's the only trade under 26p ... they may have moved the bid to cover the trade price but I think it was a genuine sale by someone for whatever reason rather than a stop loss triggered as without it there's nothing else under 26p .......... currently!!

Wouldn't have thought so OBS .... doesn't the SP have to reach the trigger point before it's activated .... that trade seems to have precipitated the drop rather than the drop triggering the trade.

Depends on whether your broker has access to both platforms or not & then where the stock is available as far as I know...... That £80k delayed trade from this morning explains the current drop somewhat IMO....
