"Decisions which do not terminate proceedings – interlocutory decisions. A decision that does not terminate the proceedings as regards one of the parties is termed an interlocutory decision. An interlocutory decision can only be appealed together with the final decision, unless it allows separate appeal."
As I recall I've seen a number of them over the last couple of years as & when associated cases/actions are linked/attached to the main ..... so in my opinion this is likely a sub case attached to the main JRP case ...... of course I could also be very wrong.....LoL
