..... It makes ya laugh, or spit, can't work out which I want to do.... I spent all morning with a £16.4 limit order on at 24p & it wasn't filled in the end I cancelled it & split it into to get them at a smidge over.... Lo & behold if I'd only hung on for this afternoon's action eh...... when will I ever learn LoL..... only plus is I'm still only down the same spread oh well ..... tell me again when the News is coming Obs what is it a "with the banks, imminently, any time soon, tomorrow fair a complis". Not sure we're going to get very far without either SP shifting news or the seller(s) in the background run out of shares to sell ..... done my bit to support the SP today but that's definitely me done now, I wasn't going to buy more but I have, couldn't resist down here (again!!) but my resolve won't weaken again.....

..... all depends which direction the SP is moving in & how many shares are available ..... just put a kill or fill order in so be interesting to see whether it gets filled or not .....

.....well I guess volume might have a lot to do with it.... buying 25 shares might demand a premium because so few ....... selling over 46k of them would mean you're going to take a hit as they need to be worked through.

Of course if everyone would just listen to EV & Obs no-one in their right mind would sell & everyone would buy instead but hey ho.

Gotta wonder whose wiling to sell & why eh it's like what do they know we don't or have they had something whispered in their ear .... of course the latter would never happen would it & probably just punters who bought in between 3&20p who are fed up with the wait or need funds elsewhere ....

..... the result may well hinge on the who is buying up PI's shares that are currently being sold by those disillusioned, hacked off or simply fed up of the waiting/uncertainty ..... there are a lot of traders who might be buying those who'd be more than happy with 10-20% uplift in the short term & of course there may be other interested parties.... say those who bought in over the last year's from 20p & below who'd be happy to realise a smaller additional profit, it could also be intermediaries sympathetic of a sale to GF (for whatever reason!!) have been engaged/are willingly picking them up .... this of course weakens the chances of voting a formal takeover down but I've read a number of posts about PI's selling out or reducing their holdings significantly...... of course if they're being hoovered up by people against the proposed offer that would work against it but how many pee'd off PI's would have considered doing/been willing to do that ...... we'll see in due course I guess....... maybe the formal offer will yet be improved a little or after its made someone else might step in to the frame as has just happened with Meggit....

......done with this particular question at the moment.... as to being civil .... Generally I like to think I usually am it's only the odd idiot, numpty or BoD member past/present I'll take exception to ... EV's not on that radar.......yet at least ..... he's just a less polite version of you as you as far as I'm concerned ..... but maybe he's Kiran himself & why he's so **** sure of himself & the share LoL.

Now you're the one not listening EV..... I said if WE choose not to take up the first right of refusal to 49% we stand to potentially lose our 27% .... IF therefore we can bring 'someone else' in .... it should only be on the premise that we don't think owning 49% of it outright for ourselves provides rewards for us ...... or course it could mean that Kiran & Co have plans to gift our available first refusal 22% to someone else but if it stands to be very rewarding isn't that just another way of shafting PI's to there own/mates benefit?

Wouldn't put anything past an AIM co or BoD & stand by what I've said .... If viable & we get the option of 49% we should take it for ourselves .... if it's not so great & we're happy to sit on our 27% &/or risk losing it for $9M then there should be good reason for that .... That's what's good about options you should be able to choose the best one. .... however this is AIM & specifically a BoD with ties to Lenigas so best beware eh....

OBS .... I would agree that if the market thought a placing was coming in the form it usually does to the usual suspects & mates then it will be at a discount & damage the SP however going to 49% here would be such a positive step they could do it under a rights issue to existing shareholders which would be much less damaging & potentially positive ..... but then this is AIM as you say & it is Kiran & co so let's go for a sale of assets instead.....

.,.,. you 'listen' to Kiran if you like I'll go by what I can read that's been formally issued ..... Kiran hasn't got a great record in my book on much (or almost anything in fact!) that he's 'said' or how he's delivered it over the last 6 years or so ..., how many failed & costly projects, investments, actions has he & the BoD been paid so handsomely for over this time to our cost?

Fair play if he gets Amapa over the line & anywhere close to the $200M (each) for Yangi & Sonora he spouted ..,. the former I have a lot of hope for & I think it's well constructed (for a change) for us ... the second Meh ..... I personally don't trust him & can't want for Amapa to get over the line.....

You should really get to grips with the facts .before mouthing off ... after reading below extract from the binding agreement (especially the last sentence) do you want to revisit who might be wrong in this.....

To acquire its 27% interest Cadence will invest US$ 6 million over two stages in JV Co. The first stage is for 20% of the JV Co the consideration for which is US$2.5 million. The second stage of investment is for a further 7% of JV Co for a consideration of US$3.5 million. If Cadence is unable to complete the second stage of the investment or not exercise its right of first refusal under the terms of the Agreement, Indo Sino will have a twelve-month option to buy the shares in JV Co held by Cadence for 1.5 (1 ½) times the price paid by Cadence for such shares.

That's all well & good but if we allow a 3rd party to take up the additional 22% then unless the agreement is amended (or we get a formal undertaking to the contrary) there is a risk we could lose our 27% for $9M - what part of the agreement as it's documented & available to us leaves any doubt on that?

Crikey not back to this again are we ...... If we are unable or unwilling to go to 49% (if the option is provided) then Indo have the right but not the obligation to buy back our 27% for 1&1/2 times what we paid for it (i.e $9M) ...... the only reason for me that we wouldn't take the 49% if offered would be if something catastrophic & as yet unknown were to undermine the viability of it ... Which from what we know (or at least from what we've been told & can gather should not occur) so if offered the 49% we should take it by whatever means necessary.... preferably a raising with & for PI's to partake in... or a sale of asset(s).….. not another smoky backroom dodgy loan leader/cartel.
