....LoL .... Just saying you shouldn't take anything for granted on an AIM share as they rarely pan out how you expect .....

.... & no-one ever considered after the rejected £1 per share offer by REM years ago & more recently reaching in excess of £1.50 per share that the BCN BoD might endorse an offer for the company at 67.5p but they have (albeit slightly increased now with Zinn sweetener) what was it people were hanging for there with all the PI driven calculations & predictions £5 a share for the most part & now look .... no comparison to here really but as the saying goes 'nobody expects the unexpected' .....

regardless there seems to be more downward pressure on the SP at the moment so maybe further down to go yet unless something happens 'imminently' .... shares (especially those on AIM) don't like delays, director options mean little to 'most' investors look at what happened to their tiered rewards up to the equivalent of the SP £2.18 per ....absolutely nothing never hit the lower levels & now expired .... how many at the time kept singing about how reassuring they were despite the caution of others (including myself) they meant squat .... on the plus side admittedly the 29p options are more realistic but they have to be purchased & don't expire for years so put as much store in that as you wish ..... happy to sit where I am for now but expect to see a further dip here before anything else happens....

No I think you can take this as it's written in this instance ocean freight rates have a long long history of yo-yoing between the extremes of costs even without the current pandemic ..... additionally we don't have much to play hardball with our $2.5M of escrowed funds is nowhere near as key or crucial as it was initially envisioned to be, it was earmarked to settle small & medium labour & debts but that is now settled or being settled by income from the court authorised sales which could continue regardless of the banks signing on the line or not ..... could resolve itself sooner or later take your pick as to when you envisage that might be.

& make sure you give others a chance to comment on this thread & don't hogget .....

Why would we want to halt the shipments ..that's the one thing that's keeping the project moving at the moment & ultimately probably drawn the banks into accepting that a deal had to be agreed ..... Of course getting them to sign & return it currently seems to be a whole other thing LoL

You may have many more to come yet Mer .... especially if the courts just decide to continue down the route of permitting a further $10M shipment each time the prior one is reaching fulfillment..... the project doesn't need our $2.5M escrowed funds to proceed either whilst that's continuing.... ho hum.....

Amnipulate ... I like that word is that like amplified manipulation ... but I agree if these boards influenced SP's we'd all be retired in luxury with all the BS, hype & negativity police around a lot of them for anyone who might raise a pertinent but undesired point or comment.

...to be fair MrC a lot of prior research & calculations of wealth & riches to come were done on assets/holdings that don't exist any more & never got anywhere there were some (ahem !!) who even tried to paint a rosy picture of that disastrous, costly & diluting CLN that turned out to have the same impact as borrowing from a loan shark or pay day lender when you don't/can't make your payments LoL.

Just my opinion of course, I suspect others still differ ;-)

Yes jimb2 I know the term's always been pretty much interchangeable when describing the Sonora deposits depending on which organisation/journo/punter has written it (my extract was from a BCN announcement) my point being that trying to measure & compare negatively or positively BCN's clay/soft rock resource against other known 'clay' resources if that's what they are & which may have completely different properties, impurities & challenges may be completely fruitless & totally irrelevant.

Yes Obs ... but in fact you know well that I'm just repeating what Kiran said in the same (not made available) webinar he announced & fluffed over the BCN raise @25p - which drew the strong response from BCN & after which we subsequently sold out our direct holding at a pittance to the cost ... & of course I get it that we might not be able to realise the $200M he stated it was worth but that doesn't change that he said it & don't forget Megalit hasn't even been properly drilled out & measured sufficiently to identify the resource - unless we're talking £50M for our 30% JV1 alone & we keep our 30% of JV2 ......for now. ... but then considering how much faith & trust I have in our BoD so who knows WHAT/IF & EVER eh .....until something actually really happens we can only speculate & guess all we like it means squat, adds no real value at all & we're probably off the mark anyways...
