I wouldn't be so sure that they're not sells being hoovered up (possibly by Ganfeng) at below the offer price (ignoring the colour & just looking at the times & prices) .... reckon there's a lot selling out & why wouldn't they take the opportunity at increasing their stake at below the buy out....

Why so cheap when Kiran said it had a value of circa $200M to us in a webinar when justifying how he felt we could get to an SP of 2.18p (pre consolidation) within a period of 3 months a couple of years back LoL

Well .... as I've said on a number of occasions Kiran himself said he valued our Sonora interests at $200M IF an offer is forthcoming I hope he remembers that although to be fair I don't have a great deal of faith in our BoD as you know ..

Gotta say I'm gutted I didn't sell my shares when it peaked at £1.50 some time back but there you go ... Think I may sell up now it's closer to the offer price & buy some more KDNC - reckon GF's next target might be the Sonora JV's & Amapa should come good at some time, whenever.....

Don't forget there's also 30% of Megalit as well as Mexilit...

Accepted & recommended by the BoD of course .... as the article also indicates though it still needs the appropriate level of shareholder approval & some authorisations .... it would probably assist the deal if there was also an offer for our 30% (suitably priced of course) that was contingent on getting shareholder approval dual holders might find that a more attractive offering..... not sure if that's allowed or even whether it's in Ganfengs plans or interests....

The text reads to me that authorised/instructed payments to be made to Labour & other creditors BUT they want more information on the payment to TCFEL ... so doesn't read to me the Rail survey payment has been authorised at all ....it clearly states regarding that payment they will ask for additional information of the debtor

LoL.... heads of terms (HoT) announced May 2019 ... binding investment announced Jun 2019.... still could get our 20% announced today/tomorrow/next week/next month/next year ..... doesn't mean the projects not advancing/progressing in the background.

Hmmm - finally after how many years (!!) an outcome, I wonder if this outstanding case was what was holding the GFL offer from progressing & now it's been ruled that the 3% royalty to the COE estate stands whether it will mean anything in relation to it.....

...the optimist in me wants to believe that duplicated elements relate to bank endorsed/signed documents but if so could 2 be on 1 & 1 on the other ... if not & it is bank endorsed documents we're still light one (no prizes for guessing/assuming which one that might be if that's).

The pessimist in me is thinking that it's just more evidence the machine is grinding its way through the gears & it just relates to payments/debts being made from realised sales & the debts being removed from the outstanding payment registers or some such thing.

Who knows but I guess we could find out tomorrow, next week, next month, next year we're past our 2 year anniversary of notification now.... another 2 years of salary pocketed by Mrs P .... but soon now eh ......hopefully really soon !!
