MLQ .... the cynic in me says that the 'cost to ship' excuse for halting shipments for now could just be a smokescreen to cover other 'challenges' ..... but to be fair I know no more or less than most here.... in the absence of firm news one way or the other (all we've had so far are prospective/projected/expected/desired outcomes) we're all just guessing, assuming, hoping whether that's positively, negatively or realistically....

...of course it could mean nothing & have nothing to do with the signing of an agreement but the fact that there are still cases being accepted/referred & challenges being mounted.... well I'll leave that with you....

I had resigned myself to pretty much awaiting for recovery here until the PH offer finally pushed me into a reasonable profit made better by the Transdigm interest..... apart from that not much bothered about whether you believe my selling or not..... thought it was a shame people may have got suckered into paying over £8 a share only for the rug to be pulled out from under them typical poor outcome for PI's & it was that news that prompted me to post here, whether or not it was the first time on this share or not & guess what I probably won't be posting here again as I have no remaking interest in it....

As I said MD I think you're in the right desert, perhaps even the right tent but I think you're looking at the name on the wrong sleeping bag .... I have good reason for thinking it as well!

Indeed MD we do have a few Lenigas friendly posters, myself of course I just think he's a shyster with NPD but hey ho I doubt he, our BoD or anyone else cares what I think LoL ....

V glad I sold out at £8.30 a few weeks back .... the time frames & uncertainties made it a no brainer for me .... sorry for any +£8.00 buyers that are now caught nursing potential &/or realised losses .... almost makes you wonder whether the Transdigm 'potential' bid wasn't intentionally thrown into the ring for some purpose.....

If it happens (& I also hope it doesn't) don't think for one minute we'd get the chance to participate & as a group of shareholders that's our fault for not voting against the resolutions that would permit our lenigas friendly BoD to do it .........it wouldn't be the first time the SP has drifted down only for an even cheaper discounted placing to land & slap PI's across the chops would it - AIM co's & their BoD's eh especially ones that have the history & associations ours have eh !!

Will it be sub 20p this week?? ... starting to consider that next purchase .... but not whilst we've still got our seller(s) in the background who seem intent on pushing it down lower ..... It's no t beyond the realms of possibility the snakes will sneak in another raise down here to gift the usual suspects another cheap entry ..... gotta earn their salaries eh LoL ....

Haven't finally decided yet TC depends how it looks like the votes going to go ..... I won't risk ending up holding shares in n a company I can't trade....

& why wouldn't LAC benefit more from the processes/project at Sonora than the other way round...... to be fair though it's pretty much irrelevant to PI's here as ultimately it won't be of any benefit to us one way or the other will it!!

Gotta say TC I'm now begrudgingly voting to accept with the relatively small holding I have here (15k) & keeping my fingers crossed they'll need to be a bit more forthcoming for the 30% of the MEX/MEG JV's owned by KDNC .... should've sold when it hit £1.50+ but "that's what greed does for you" feeling for all those who thought they had a pretty much nailed on £5 per all those years ago but then "that's AIM & an AIM BoD for you" - AIM Co PI's getting shafted who'd've think it eh!!!

BCN have been producing a battery grade Lithium product from it's Soft Rock at the pilot plant for years already - why would they need LAC's process to refine from a product with potentially significant differences to those at Sonora?

If it's for ore it's unlikely it's one of 'ours' at the moment, at least for our ore as we're not loading any of DEV's ore per last RNS currently ..... best it's possible to be in the name of DEV that we've been subcontracted to manage for someone else's ore but I doubt our ore.....
