Agree TC with the courts seemingly backing continued shipments/progression it also removes a huge amount of the risk of that 'gamble' as well IMO ..... maybe that'll happen next & possibly prior to or at the time of the AGM - who knows but I'll be hanging around to find out that's for sure.. :-))

OBS .... with the court ruling 10% of each $10M revenue realised from shipments is withheld for bank settlement purposes I think the likelihood of them being relegated to unsecured creditors any time soon is less likely now TBH .... with a rolling approval to ship $10M revenue if necessary with 10% held back for the banks could continue until the stockpiles are consumed by which time repairs & rehabilitation from realised revenues should be well underway....

Besides you were quoting BCN's SP which means zip to us as we don't hold any & you stated we have Amapa, which we don't, putting values on it which are irrelevant & non representative of the value it will be as/when/if we do have any of it in due course - which of course could be imminent - the reason to the BoD haven't said it is because most is incorrect & the rest evident .... Notwithstanding much else...,

BCN we had a direct interest in 20% @ a significant cost sold at a significant loss overall .... now there is no direct interest in the company - hopeful about the sale/exploitation of the JV's but nothing concrete yet either way - do you trust our BoD to get a good deal?

EMH we had nearly 20% interest in we now have less than 10%.

Amapa we currently have no formalised recognised interest in other than a loan to dev but hopefully just a matter of time.

Oz assets no wholly owned assets but hopefully a sale or exploitation at some point - possibly sooner now rather than later - but do you trust our BoD to get a good deal?

Don't forget Kiran said $200m for each of the Oz & MX JV's ..... but then he's also said a lot of things about projects past & present which have yet to or will now never be delivered on.

Lot of hope regarding potential but nothing guaranteed or certain regardless of how likely. . .... when likely changes to fact hopefully we'll see your 40p & beyond.

Exactly TC which is what I was saying months ago but a couple of posters wouldn't have it that Indo would own the balance and release it (if they desired/needed) ..... others thought there was a mysterious 22% that was floating about waiting to be claimed/purchased/sold.

as I said months ago if Indo decide they will release through need or desire the additional 22% & Cadence decide they can't/don't want to take it up (needs to be a good reason behind that if offered) then we risk our 27% being bought/taken back for $9M ..... them's the facts IMO & always have been so if the project's viable we take 49% if offered ... if it transpires not viable after we've gone to 27% we stick on the understanding we have 27% worth $9M at least.... Let's hope it's the former but if not our investment should be covered - that's what I liked about the structure of the deal

EV yes that's one but below suggests multiple (or at least 2) discrepancies however my point really was that detail in RNS's should be accurate & verifiable but it seems not to be the case from our BoD .... I suspect it's carelessness combined with a lack of appropriate diligence as our RNS's have left a lot to be desired in terms of spelling, syntax & errors in the past as well.

Jeez I hope they get this across the line soon.....

I wonder what parts of the information in our RNS 29th Mar they are asking to be corrected ..... I suspect one of them maybe that we are aligned - & there was me thinking RNS's should be correct & verifiable .... Banks don't seem to agree on this one......

Looks a real shame we had to sell down to ~ 1% ……… I won't dwell on my perceptions of the reasons for that!!
