Titan was up for sale at a rumoured £100m pre pandemic. I have allways pushed for giving it away or a golden hello (Saga pay to divest)
Question - Do you see new Titan as adjusted for reorganisation being something we can sell ? Or will it need a sweetaner ?

You are a very frequent poster who hammers very firm views on a number of Boards
For three months plus you hammered I and others who thought we should settle by raging about how we were loosing $700 of interest and fees and the Board should hang out for the full amount.
We will never know but glad the Board did not follow your advice.

Baysil like you I see this as a cheap takeover target at prices below £2.60 - £2.70.
With the cash arriving it unlocks all sorts or possibilities.

Emerald you had a Sweep on here sometime ago on date of receipt. I was the most pessimistic with 5th Feb from about ten entries. This share is so frustrating and I still have this awful feeling in the pit of my stomach. £2.70 would be great but currently 60p below that so 35% chance the whole thing falls through. Helpful i agree football was good. Often a change in manager gives a team a boost. The issue for many on this share is perception. Unfotunatly Bell acts a 30% drag on SP and market value due to poor past performance and a perception of wastefullness personal gain and dilution. An RNS annoucement of Bells leaving will generate a greater movement than anything he does on his watch. I have the Bell drag as 30%. We could debate the scale but the principle he acts as a drag is clear.

Just reviewed what has changed since placement.
--Aberforth 13.83% Klaus 4.07% Fil 9.93% and credit suisse 4.78%. All increased in early Sept so presumably thought 20p was a good price.
--- Stonhage went down so did not participate

Since then
14th Dec Cancord went down 9% to 5%
17th Dec Credit Suisee out and holding declared for same shares ursus perhing nominees
So in my view institutions have plenty of skin in game and lots to lose. Only Cancord seem to be looking for the door.
Don't know what others think but seems a number of institutions have faith

Same here Rob in at 7.10 early this week 6.04 to sell now. Not feeling too confident and feel for LTH. Devon.s posts give some hope.

Looked at a couple of stores on uber from website. In one case shop was down and in the other most stock was unavailable. Might br untypical but did not fill me with confidence.

Morrisons is 9.9% of market so any take over should get a green light.
The company in 2019 and 20 from the accouts is cash generative but its fractional.
Cost pressures will increase with inflation and ni rises.
For me it needs more turnover as the gross margin is in the main all profit as overheads are fixed. I'm assuming store conversions are targeting exactly that.

Fund they have spent £20m of fund raise by 29th Nov see my 1pm post yesterday.
Co assets are negligible and negative if you take out goodwill.
Transformation will need to really deliver to save the company in its existing form. I've brought in on the basis the debt is serviceable short term and a take over. But could be wrong and nervous think I will take half by 2k off the Table if it gets back to double figures . Banbury

Not worried about lease debt but bank loans less available cash.
8th December update says net debt at 29th Non 2020 was £89m but is now £97m +£8m
Comparable figure in interims was £110m.
Worry is in the second half they have burned £20m - £33m fund raise less £13m reduction in Debt May 21- Nov 21.
Might take some turning around ..
