On 15th they issued 45m shares with 17m as a fee.
Today it's another28m
Plus $274k at same price and $78k fee. Say that's £290k at.25p price = 116m shares
So the fund raise of $500k has cost 187m shares
Dilution = 187 m new shares on 1,322m base -= So 14% dilution. Very expensive and more to come as were blown trache 1.

Reads to me like subscriber could have elected for 0.2p the floor price and rounded down from current SP or their money back . I have been pointing this out for weeks. RRR is paying them $76k not to either issue at 0.2p or give them all there money back which they could elect to.

Thanks Lamani - every broker if you click on the tab at RED and BEL gave them an upgrade after fairly good news on Jan 23 sales reservations in most instance it was 30% to SP.

Moneybags brain had a rumour re DRC cash two days ago - so I wouldn't get to excited.. They could get a bid for specific assets but the whole company is rag bag of oddities taking it whole is about as likely as the moon being made of cheese. That's not negative at all and most company supporters I think would concur.

Also if you took the whole lot in a bid of say £8m it does not read acrossto doubling the SP. Far too many options and freebes kick in to dilute the gain to posters on here.

There may be some advantage to creditors etc al acquiring a stake to shape events..
So oftern with this type of news SP falls 90% to then recover to 80% because of that.

I forgot about Redrow and they guided for the 5 weeks ended 5th Feb - their words an "encouaging" up tick in private sales reservations to 0.51 per site per week.
There interim reservations per site 6 months to 31 Dec 22 was 0.38.
There trading update for first 18 weeks was 0.49
The implied rate for the 8 weeks of Truss chaos is as low as 0.15.
The pick up from their is quite startling and I think for PSN will be more pronounced due to the 10 month interest incentive.
The current SP to me reflects a difficult 2023 but both BEL and Redrow are based on Early 2023 presenting green shoots. I don't think any of what I am saying is hype it's evidence based. Coupled with falling rates, expensive rents potentially some budget giveaways for FTBs and a slew of HB updating in March I do think we will recover and stick by my £18 summer SP punt !!

In late January 23 they indicated an uptick and guided completions of 11,000 year ended 30th June 23 if the trend continued. Just 2% below a good comparative of 11,200
I see a read across to PSN. We will find out on Wednesday

Since 28th July the have brought back £886m of theif own shares. Add that in and the returns 6%. Backed by the share being up about 60% this year.

I sold a third of my holding yesterday and brought HBR. That just feels safer to me as I think results will be good divy and buy backs. With SQZ I'm not even sure we have a results date and what the plan is aside from a 1.5m package for MF:)

Liquid you are very optimistic re rumours and future SP.
- The level of outstanding pledges/ warrants and additional shares mean even with the full £7m DRC receiped the rise will be 75% tops to 0.5p.
- Add in the Bell factor as you say and it will only be lower.
- If we get an outcome and its a big if. The amount received will be hugely depressed to get it over the line. I feel Bell would take $2m if he could get it but he can't.
So can't see RRR in anyway performing like Premier African Minerals. They turn income from their portfolio. We explore to enhance value and sell on. But not well.
We got lucky with Jupiter and the RSA Manganese and blew all the proceeds. Mt Ida is decades away if ever.
Sadly all our hopes are now on the DRC, which is a known basket case and the next fund raise [ which the word used on DRC imminent better describes] will be painful.
Really desperate times unless your rumour is right.

Helpful - Premier African Minerals have a great chart. Anyone investing £1,000 three years ago would be sat on £7,000 today.
That's an example of management that can deliver despite all the excuses of commodity price down turns that RRR use to explain a dissapointing SP over the same period.
It's an eye opener indeed.
