I thought sensitivities on Slide 19 interesting.

$1bn free cash flow at $80 oil and 100p gas.

Sensitivities $5 on oil = $80m + on cash flow. GAS 10p on gas = $50m + on cash flow.

The company is roughly 50 : 50 on gas and oil.

What this illustrates is the drag gas hedges at 40p in H2 2023 are having.

2024 should be a great year as that gas drag is far lower in volume terms and at a still low but much better prices. I know its a long wait but confident on the future here.

For clarity it was you that said ALR own 47% of RRR. Is that true or not ?

45 or so trades this morning all in first 15 minutes for small amounts less than £20.

Helpfull very tetchy this morning. As an astute businessman (and Mr Fox will confirm )50% or even better 51% of a holding is worth more than 47%. That information has not been released but rather you have revealed it and RRRs language has been sufficiently vague to all but confirm

This leaves RRR a cash distressed company absolutely over a barrel. No doubt we will see more reductions from 47% as we sell at distressed prices. Or take out loans secured on the assets.

ALR could be worth a fortune but shareholders here will only get crumbs

It's back to my advice from day one RRR is run by the few for the few. The board and minority public shareholders interest are not aligned and few will make money.

Time will tell but really strong evidence RRR are no different now in their conduct to what they were 15 years ago.

Just to add Wednesdays RNS refers to ALR as it subsiduary.

If our holding is only 47% then I don't think it is. Presumably the NOMAD checked ?

Not holding at the moment but I do think they should follow the Orcadian example and try to keep the share count static.

I also worry if the interests of the major holders like Spencer are aligned with ordinary Jo.

Reading between the nuances in the RNSs

31st March 2022 - ALR established as 75% subsidiary.

6th May high worth individuals buy in for $100k for 10% of ALR - so 65%

10th Dec 22 - for another $220k investment more is sold and classic Bell it brings us to "around" 50%.

15th July 23 Helpfull posts RRR 47% stake.

This sequence of events is at the heart of everything RRR Less than transparent evasive and vague.

The accounts ( due 31st December 2022) should reveal if the holding is 47% or not and clearly a small premium has been paid for overall control.

We are told that a poster on here owns 10% and his mates other bits. Pure speculation but are the 53% a "concert" If they are this all becomes very murky. Some great posters on here and I wonder what their thoughts are.

On 15th July you said anytime RRR wanted to flip its 47% interest in ALR you would be interested as a 10% holder.

Presumably AB was as ever economical with the truth using the word expected in the RNS you have just posted and never following up by clarification

50% represents control 47% a minority interest.

Perhaps this is real example of why many posters feel RRR and AB has a trust problem.

With that background how do we know he's not sold some more allready and we are lower than 47% ?

I actually trawled through the RNSs and found that. I was frustrated as it was a typical poorly worded RRR RNS . Expected to be 50% with no subsequent confirmation of whether it was actually 50%. or not.

We can all read but unfortunately you need inside knowledge to know what goes on in this company.

Those avid RRR watchers will be familiar with the spikes on news ( and oftern no news) followed by extreme drops. For many years these were used to get placings away at a discount to SP and allow previous placements to escape with a profit.

The spikes look they are now dribbles.

Its well documented the company is running on fumes. DRC never seems any closer. Zimbabwe if we accept its a reasonable play is a long way from generating any income. So wheres the funding coming from ?

Both these two have been on this Board for a short time and ramped it like I've never seen before.

They latched onto a company called FCS earlier in the week talking it up big style and it's collapsed today.

Helpful at least knows a bit about the company and is speaking from a position of knowledge. These two and Maqsood should be seen for what they are put politely fair weather supporters.

Yes Kimi as an investor of high net worth you would think he would have better uses of his time. I'm here partly for the entertainment value ( company is TKC the keystone cops ) and partly to warn the unwary. Only if they want to be warned so the great Maqsood [ wheres he now] and The Earl of AiM are forgiven. Anybody remember the last good run RRR had ? I know we hit 0.25 on some Lithium news but it didn't hold for more than a day and we as ever went down the snake to nee lows. Interesting day today big news and no takers on buying shares no trust

Others will have a view but 30% of $20m would be a huge result. Importantly it would ensue no more dilution loans or slow erosion on SH value which has gone on for years.

Coupled with a transparent honest and cadid update on DRC even if its bad news would be a great start to restoring trust.

The SP has declined ten fold since you started tipping this.

That's what the board wanted to do and why we all got excited about Tin Hill.

I looked it up when we Elephant failed to make it past first base ( which may be for different reasons).

Based on reviewing the IPO literature and what Elephant has to offer I have concluded the IPO won't happen. The fail safe will kick in for lack of interest even if POO was $150 there's nothing to attract investors We can confirm at Xmas.

If your SP is down 5% on your brilliant grade RNS what chance has a load of mud in Benin got. You might make a killing from ALR but your cash in Elephant is in IMO lost

Super super low price 6p is a 50% plus gain from here. Really tempted to top up
