Strange afternoon action. After hours RNS ? RRR is allways leaky

Duke providing the jump out at 0.14 not a bad trade.

Definitely not for either the long term or faint hearted.

Fridays allways the day where we have buying on no news in the morning - followed by an RNS and a spike which the early morning " few" sell into.

Duke this is an all time low and next spike will be far lower and presents huge issues with CLNs

Suspension needs to be triggered by creditors or loan holders - so we are someway off in my opinion.

Money will be raised and charges on assets placed. If DRC comes good or we can sell forward Limon royalties or something else in Steptoes yard we could live to fight another day.

I think we will be alive and kicking for the December accounts on new year's eve. No news on DRC or anything substantial on ALR before then - only on 31st Dec will we know what the future holds. Very different set of tea leaves to Maid it who only sees the SP held back. Time will tell whose right !!

Ivans - the man said DRC was imminent 15 months ago.

Most on here think silence is partially shame and secondly that there is no progress. You definitely bring a different slant.

I dont think it would be a bad move for RRR to sell their rights to future royalties now. This would prevent further dilution or loan charges on assets like ALR that have more potential. I think presented skillfully with other updates it might bring a little confidence back ?

If you beleive in the assets and the management which you do it a very low SP.

It's a very low SP because the risks here are huge and suspension as it runs out of cash is not impossible.

Most interesting observation was Helpful suggested 200k was the deliminus limit for disclosure of loans. Im assuming he has more insight than most on here and is right.

Not clear if RRR would disaggregate so three 180k loans not disclosable ? I think they will. By 31st December we should find out what assets they are secured on through the published accounts.

If it ALRs 47% then the future is not as bright and its hard to be confident here.

The lack of news on funding raises the risk of exactly that sort of arrangment happening.

I also thought Maid it reading the tea leaves for the fourth week and getting excited by a buy that was actually Liquids added to the Keystone cops storyline.

Robins - I'm led to beleive Andrew reads these boards.

Even if its bad news Mr Bell shareholders really deserve an update on DRC. They can then assess the companies prospects against other assets you have.

Maidit - You have been reading those tea leaves for about three weeks on momentum. Not reflected in the SP yet.

Maidit308 - CTL are a great example to illustrate Bells failures

- Share price circa 45p

- Only 100m shares in issue

- No share raise since Oct 22 and only one since admission to AIM over two years ago.

- SP better now than at AIM entry.

- Single asset play not steptoes yard

- Relatively stable jurisdiction in Chile

Contrast that to RRR SP lowest ever, ten fold collapse in price, endless fund raises, poor governance.

Key difference the Andrew Bell factor and complete lack of trust.

We are due some SP action soon. No doubt preceded with a spurt in buying as the "few" buy in a small spike as the herd arrive and then SP falls back as the few take there profits.

I did ask the question what next now the Chinese have the samples ? I think a year or so of due diligence with no guarantee of completion then I think could he attempt a Greenland as hes desperatev:)

Absolutely not Liquid. If its not shone through that I'm horrified by every aspect of RRRs governance and the ethical aspects of ramping by an insider then I need to try harder.

I think the notion individuals on chat boards can in anyway influence the price even of a low cap share like this is an urban myth and one for the conspiracy theorists.

Maid - I didn't want to rain on your parade on shares in issue so kept silent. On your query the ability to raise collapses once you reach 2.5 bn . Also the warrent CLN holders wont let him. So 2.5bn to 50bn like VAST would not get more than £5m and here's the cruch be skewed in favour of those providing the cash. So not only dilution but a smaller pie. Normal Jo shareholders today would be finished.

I suspect AB knows this and is playing his cards behind the scenes re loans. Helpful has allready said loans below 200k are not disclosed and there will be charges etc. We will find out on 31st December last day for accounts publication.

DRC is a game changer. That happens at full amount i wind my neck in.

I brought into the old model of small scale development and sale to local market but through no fault of RRR that's bitten the dust.

Really sorry but I still think [ if RRR is around in ten years] ALR will in 2033 go the same way as Kenya sit there as a great asset that no one wants to develop.

I would imagine way less than 1% of prospective great finds is taken forward not seen enough yet that this meets any bar to warrant development which grades will be one of many factors.

Much of this is conjecture on my part but with a lot of valid concerns and a lot of logic and common sense.. Any more informed views very welcome.

Maid there's such a thing as due diligence. Even if the Chinese are interested ( and who knows ) the decision frame is quiet long. RrR need cash now so more shares or hock some of our 47%. Think your way too optimistic. That's one of many reasons why Lithium alone won't achieve your 300%.

Yes Molatov. I'm slightly dissapointed but it offers a good risk reward play at this level.

Interesting they have thrown $3m + at the well clean up ( and that's just the recovery money they have spend more) and are only now considering a side track.

My worry is is the insurance capped. Where to we go if it doesn't pay for a side track. I know loads of experts on here but wondered their views ?

If DRC is dead its game over. I appreciate Liquids view but Kenya has been trailed for 15 years plus Ivory Coast and Australia 10 years . Dead Duck Resouces on the other board has detailed Sparten Capitals last nine IPOs ( they are doing Elephant). After 6 months for nine recent raises its 80% down . And Elephant can't even make that bar. Limon was a fire sale and royalties too late. Mount IDA one for your great grandkids.

So AB close to retirement. The few high net worth individuals will be closing ranks. Charges on assets loans arranged promises made. Suspension creditors claims exceed book value of assets game over. All in my opinion only but not untypical on AIM.

Robins it's the stuff of nightmares but he sold Greenland for $17.75m. That was 2012 so call it $30m today. He stung it out for a year and then desperately said the sale had concluded and the money was in the Cypriot bank account. He raised a fortune of the back of it. There was no cash no explanation no reflection of any asset in RRRs accounts. No update he ran away ignored it no explanation no contrition sweet FA.

My worry and I like Speculative and Liquid is history is repeating itself with DRC. If its dead he won't tell them. I really wish them well but that awful man AB if he is reading this owes them an update on DRC on paper in a formal RNS. To much time has elapsed and its morally awful not to update.

If liquid is right on DRC and full amount is paid yes.

Lithium - Chinese over the moon would mean no cash. AB will get authorities to issue shares BEFORE releasing that news. This will get funding he needs as he does placing to high net worth indivduals at 0.15 - 0.17p. Extra shares and placing will disapate rise and anything above 0.2p will be for the odd day. High net worth guys will take their 40% as they have done for fifteen years.

Unfortunately RRR can be read like a book.
