Speculative Text book stuff but 99 out of a 100 of these dreams never reach fruition. How's 210k going to fund mining and transport of major tonnage to Beira. They need serious money and IMO have not got it or the prospect.

It's in their interest to have the SP as low as possible in a couple of months so exercisable price of warrants is around 0.011 or 0.012 so they will be sellers.

Zumore the original plan to sell to the local market was good. Through no fault of the company they had to pivot. They are now chasing an unobtainable dream.

Can't see many circumstances when they would request payment back seems a win win to me. Extreme low placing so at today's SP a placing would be .1p they get there's for .085p so could probably sell their discounted shares with limited risk.

My basic point is he's creating the environment for billions more shares where only the CLN holders benefits and the Maidits of this world's dreams of multi bagging are shattered by confetti like share issues. Classic Andrew Madorf Bell.

He says he was offered 50% on DRC why he did not take it to avoid this CLN raise is criminal. Of course he was never offered it.

So how bad is the CLN deal

210k raised

Initial up front interest of 6% and .5% each month. So lets say we have them for three months thats 7.5% = 16k

Loans to be repaid from placing lets say by some miracle he places at 0.15p

Bond holders can either get there money back (win win ) or

Take shares at 15% discount so .135p

They also get free warrant for each share to issue at 50% so .225p in this example

And even more extra free warrants at .25p Maidit has blisfully missed the point FREE

Effectively these warrants provide a ceiling on any future price rises. Its confetti

My suspicion is that Helpful has been stiched up as his CLN's warrants are likely to be at a higher price than this.He soulds mega grumpy. Could not happen to a nicer guy.

Only I have mentioned suspension and that was in late December in the context of being too embarrassed to publish the accouts. So get your facts right.

Half the proceeds of DRC would be a better way of financing but we all know that was never an option. Andrews chucked all his eggs into this and imo the risk dial has massively moved to the risk side with this RNS.

Maidit - conspiracy theories are exactly that no grounding or evidence to support.

My predictions are based on my and others observations on how Mr Bell works and has worked over a number of years.

There are countless examples but you will say like Greenland they are too old so a few recent ones.

- DRC imminent 19 months ago. He's used that to issue 1bn share. It's still imminent. Brilliant deception !

- Very evasive RNS on ALR holding "around 50%" It's actually 47% he couldn't bring himself to admit it. Still can't

- Timing of Tin Hill RNs and sale to local markets. It caused a spike. As many have pointed out the export only policy from Zimbabwe pre dated that. Did he know should he have known ? Misleading the market or a genuine error taking his eye off the ball ?

- shed loads of undisclosed charges and loans in the June 21 accouts published in Dec 22. The next accouts will be eye opening . How do you think he's paying running cost.

I think the speeding ticket RNS Twittef was more of the same and have yet to be proved wrong.

So no not conspiracy theories evidence based observations on how Andrew operates.

Great to see you acknowledge we own a minority stake (47%) Bell has been as ever less than truthful we had to rely on Helpful or " loose lips" to spill the beans we were below 50%. The remaining 53% is split across a number of high net worth individuals of which one is Helpful witn 10%. So we are a majority holder holder at 47% calling all the shots and giving the "few" you might refer to them as mates a free ride on whatever ALR development costs are ( god knows how Bell is paying but it wont be good)You have been posting for ever and know how RRR works and its not for the benefit of shareholders.

Zumore - Andrew has actually periodically paid consultants quite small amounts in shares certainly in the last 12 months. He cant issue shares but the logical conclusion is he now gives them small chunks in ALR in leiu of fees.. Be interesting to see what our holding is at the year end accouts if we are not suspended by then.

I would phrase the Helpful 10% differently. In theory Helpfull should pay 10% of the contractor and development costs but I suspect he won't and gets a free carry. Its RRR shareholders that pick up the tab as its run by the few for the few.
