Any news should be in an RNS and with this one read any RNS carefully. There will be weasel words re subject to or in Escrow or imminent. If he was offered $7.5m he would have bit their hands off. In the main you can read this like a book !!

Given AB has managed to offload 28% of ALR for less than 300k ( 75% down to 47% holding) its hardly a vote of confidence.

A poster on here said before 2023 started he thought RRR would see no DRC money No IPO on Elephant and no progress on Lithium. 9.5 months in and 2.5 to go. Anyone remember that poster ? I recollect but can't place it .

I do think the fact they have rejected a 50% immediate payment in DRC should be an RNS. Its material and would send the SP flying. And we all know Andrew would have bitten their hand off and it's more than what the eventual settlement will be.

If there is no cash flow from DRC or Zimbabwe in 2023 the accounts will show a horror story of liabilities. The people lending RRR money are smart and they get interest plus security of charges on assets. I hear a lot on here about a great risk reward. Based on virtually no news for a long time I think the current SP is an accurate reflection of risk reward. For me it's bust or 0.3p on very good news.

In August 2022. Mr Bell.was talking up the share following his Congo visit and it was 0.68p. 1.2 bn shares in issue.

He immediately began placing at 0.4 and then all the way down to here in advance of receipts from DRC. Share count has more than doubled with a huge amount of warrants added in.

The filings / housekeeping won't be relevant. Take a look at IOG on this site - the company instigated the suspension ending a financial review.

The risk is all assets here are pledged to the few who call in what is due. Suspension and subsequent annoucment that their is very little or no value left for ordinary shareholders.
