The last one ended in mid March 23 ($100m) and this one was announced mid April 23. So a month gap.

I know it's not everyone's cup of tea but I would love another $200m back. It makes sense at these prices, would facilitate the bond holders ( now HBR shareholders ) exiting and leave share issue at just 700m. A slow burner but I'm going nowhere as really think value exists here

Robins - Mr Magic that guy was awesome he had Mr Bell and RRR absolutely nailed down and his research was second to none. I had heard I think on here sadly he died.

The strangest thing is you would think eventually something would come good for AB. He's turned $100m over twenty years into less than $5m and you would think just one plate DRC / Zimb etc would come good. I've realised First Equity are the in house broker. There last guidance issued on 19th January 2023 was to increase the RRR target price from 1.6p per share to 2.8p.

These guys have spectacles even more rose tinted than you. They are wrong on the SP twenty fold from just eight months ago.

Not only will you need to factor in we own only 47% of ALR. Again as you are in denial 47%. But also be really careful of assumptions in their model as they over cook everything on valuation.

RRR has a royalty on IDA.

IDA feasibility study suspended in 2013. Here's the cruch from presentation. It will be resurrected when Mount Mason is in production. So not for ten years and probably never and this is just the feasibility study not the royalty.

Benefits to RRR since it held this interest pre 2013 Nil. What we will get in next ten years. Probably Nil.

Another dark corner of the huge amount of RRR interests which you think are excellent but many others see as a rag bag Steptoes yard portfolio.

As for me no idea what ALR is worth. Just trying to get you to confirm RRR ownership at 47%.

That poor broke distressed company RRR that as you have said needs cash is a 47% shareholder.

RRR can't pay its way to develop the asset which the 53% know to be valuable.

The 53% put a gun to RRRs head and offer to fund our next 300k for an additional 25% reducing us to 22%. The value to RRR of ALR is massively discounted as we are a minority shareholder and cash strapped. In other words distressed.

Completely different dynamics and any value reverts to you not us.

It's pretty simple stuff.

Still deflecting and distracting it was you who said we owned 47% and that's what matters.

What I believe to be fact ( as you told us) is RRR only own 47% of ALR.

If ALR is worth nothing- that's fine the 47 % doesn't matter.

If ALR is the winner you tell us its not RRRs asset. Control is exercised by you and your high worth individual mates ( the concert) - we place trust in you guys to get our fair share.

AB is going out of his way to avoid disclosing the 47% issue and so are you. So it must matter. Just confirm it then we can all move on.

I'm saying as RRR only own 47% of ALR we don't have control. The 53% of which you are part have control. Not a great position for us (great for you) and wonder why it's all been hidden from shareholders ?
