They know what they have produced to 18th Sept. They have had summer shut downs. But they can't guide more accurately than 40 -45 for a full year. That not guidance its a nothing burger. Doesn't feel right to me

The reality is its likely a combination of a very long summer shut down or production tailing off [ excuse the pun)

Bottom line is reported production in H2 will be at least 20% plus lower than period 2. Its a mathematical truism

This will feed through to the bottom line.

It's also indicative of a very hit and miss Tailwind portfolio that we got to see first hand in deal presentations.

That means H2 = 31K to 41k.

20% minimum cut in H2 could be up to 35%

When the deal was announced I remember they used Tailwind production which was at an all time record high spiking at the time of the deal. Questions were asked. Was that typical could it be maintained. Clearly not.

I would love to see the segmental information and a credible management would provide that based on Tailwind / Serica or oil gas splits. I doubt they will provide it !

49,350 bopd in half one down to 40-45k full year guidance is a big fall. Second half could be as low as 32k !!.

The net debt was £23.1m on 6th March and £20.8m on 25th July.

They are trading well within covernents and paying down debt BUT they have curtailed new investment so really tough going.

Like you I think this is an attractive business at £10m current market cap and dont see the balance sheet as too bad. Do think this is attractively priced.

Interested in views on SP now vs July lows. SQZ up 35% from 200p. HbR up 15%. No news on SQZ a pretty steller set of inteims from HBR.

I would like an immediate anoucement on new buy back as I don't think bringing it to an end abruptly ( 500k shares a day) will do us any favours. Anyone know how much of the $100m is left ?

I frequent the HBR board. It is the only one on here that I'm aware of that is frequently targeted by conspiracy nut jobs. I have 30 posters reported and on filter as evidenced by mostly new posts are probably the same person. Proper posters on that board have it down to a tee in terms of "report and filter" . Admin are bombarded and posters are taken down in a day sometimes hours

Unfortunately and I hate to say this but Noels posts won't meet the threshold to be taken down. He is painful to the extreme and IMO clearly has mental health issues but tts endless ramblings of a madman not conspiracy.

It would be a shame to not post. The filter button on HBR is very therapeutic and you will get used to and I think eventually like it. Good luck with your investments.

What's mainly needed is the company and Mr Bell to align their interests with shareholders. Fifteen years of nasty suprises and £50m turned into £3m . Hope nothing nasty lurking for new investors.

Who pays us to store it ?

How much say per ton and over what period ?

Once set up is the maintenance cost nil?

Does it disapate over time? Or once full is that.

Just trying to get a feel for what carbon storage means to revenue bottom line and its stand alone NPV and IRR. Any views links most welcome. Thanks

Speculative with all due respect those companies don't need to opperate in the margins supress news and delay accounts and never do.

Conversely every year RRR delays and we have a long debate every year on the hugely detailed note listing all the arrangements and debt the company has entered into which it choose not to declare. Welcome to RRR.

You might not like it but that's the company you've invested in. This one's not conjecture it's evidenced every year.

Accounts have to be published by 31st December and include a summary of all post balance sheet events loans etc up to date accounts were signed.

Last year they waited till the 29th December a whole load of loans were revealed.

I guess the dilemma is early publication and then subsequent post balance sheet events remain dormant until Dec 24 or just delay until the last moment and in the words of Wilkins McCawber for those of you who know your Dickins hope something will show up in terms of DRC or Chinese deal to make that less relevant.

Trade I word my posts carefully. Having observed the company for fifteen years and Bells actions I know a lot more than most. That's my and many others on this and the other boards perception of the man. Backed up by a whole string of evidence anecdotal and otherwise. "Just be "chastised me this morning for being kind to AB on export rules changing. I said he was unlucky Just be suggested he knew all the time. Thats how he is perceived like it or not.

I wish you well but Zimbabwe may be the next big thing but RRR shareholders will need luck and good timing on selling to benefit.

The almost certainly delayed accounts will reveal the multiple dealings I suspect are going on behind the scenes.

Ps - when RRR successfully sued it was a very specific accusation. They were right to sue but reading the case gives you an insight into the rather "murky" way they operate.

Any sniff of value here Bell will tip off his mates who will buy in then sell off. He will also ensure only the few gain.

You seem to limit the Bell factor to incompetence. For me the Bell factor is underhand, non transparent, economical with the truth, shady and interests not aligned with ordinary shareholders.

Those are all the reasons I think you are far too optimistic.
