What they miss is the poor governance. This company is run by the few for the few. Consider.

Helpful one of the few says he's not lost on RRR despite a ten fold share decline on his watch. He openly admits to lending them money and being a CLN holder. And is clear he's not lost.

All raises are associated with spikes where new holders exit the door for a quick few day profit.

If the company does well it won't be holders [ unless their timing is exquisite] who gain but the few.

Some great long term posters on this board have seen this pattern play out relentlessly. Andrew has created this framework and I can't see anything changing.

RRR is leaky and any RNS tommorrow will see extra share dealing activity before close.

Trade - I agree on communications but the key issue with RRR is trust.

They do themselves no favours with wording of RNS which is deliberately opeaqe. So shipping 'can' commence. We are now led to beleive was a factuall passive statement rather than anything happening with shipping. DRC desperately needs a clear update. The funding position needs to be clearer can't issue shares but can make loans. Trust is very low and whilst I agree risk reward may be good beware this company is run by the few for the few. This means it could come good but you don't benefit.

No worries. Helpful will bully, name call, suggest we can't read, deflect, detract, and bluster.

He fails to acknowledge three stone wall facts [1] he is an insider that's different to insider dealing [2] he's conflicted due to indirect holdings and interests [3] this share has fallen ten fold since he started ramping.

I wish all holders well and would be delighted for you if this explodes. For me and many others on here it's important for the wider board and SHs to call out Helpful.

The poster Helpful tells us that RRR cannot issue shares without a GM.

He also tells us that they can take out loans and the disclosable threshold is 200k ( loans below that don't need to have an RNS so are in reality secret)

Helpful has lots of information sources that the rest of us are not privy to so should really refrain from posting particularly as he is conflicted, a financial advisor by trade and has lost SHs their money ten fold since he started ramping RRR.

RRR brought in 7 years ago plus. I'm not getting this IPO. It looks utterly worthless to me. Huge investment with high risk of failure.

I had wondered if US investments qualify for 100% tax releif so would be investors had nothing to lose. Does anyone know.

Helpful keep up its Spec who refers to Insiders. Please look up good governance and conflict of interests. You are an insider. That's a fact. Do you use that inside info inappropriately. I have no view. However you are conflicted when you post on these boards.
