Speculative you won't go there but the elephant in the room is trust. RRR is run by the few for the few. Helpful gave you an insight into that. Spikes are generated deliberately to get the few a profit on placings that are significantly below par.

Unfortunately you ordinary shareholders are not on a level playing field. You cannot judge RRR just on fundamentals. If you do you need to discount significantly for the trust risk.

Good luck with it but over many years others have learnt to their cost that trust and transparency and proper governance are in short supply here.

Sounds a much less promising risk reward to me. A quantem shift from small scale production and sales. Lithium prices very volatile and at a seasonal low. Chinese tough negotiators.

All that and very questionable governance. This is not Canada and AIM is a lot like the wild west. You are very brave.

I can't see much downside risk and the dividend is not far shy of 8%. Definitely a hold for me.

The detailed adjusting item note describes these as mainly one off data separation closing old system developing new one.

Logic would suggest a dip in profits to accomidate one off expenditure and a rise thereafter.

The summery note then confirms the separation is complete but the cost saving will be subsumed by costs of the new IT system.

Post separation we have been left with a much more expensive IT system let's hope it feeds through to the bottom line and some business benefits.

I like cash position £190m [ June 22 £166m]. This irons out seasonality and shows the company is cash generative despite attractive dividend. Also 65% of market value backed by cash.

I don't like IT separation costs. These have increased again and there seems no end in sight.

Happy to hold and i may be way off beam but at this price it seems wide open to a bid. Mega strong balance sheet, market value covered by assets in particularly cash, price earnings despite IT separation costs of 7 or 8. Strong cash generation. Happy to hold.

Speculative. I've followed your posts. You first got in at 0.6p mainly for DRC I beleive.

You must be disappointed by what you have seen in that year or so.

- shed loads of new shares

- can kicked down the road on elephant

- Zero positive news or movements on DRC

- Zimb complete pivot from sales to acerage.

Sorry but despite all the bluster the company has achieved nothing in the past year and the SP reflects that.

And this all ignores the elephant in the room which is its run by the few for the few and the mission statement is around rewarding the few.

I'm not seeing even a balanced risk reward let alone the bias to reward you claim.

Speculative developments over the last month or so have hugely moved the risk reward dial. Congo and Zimbabwe ( producing and regular income) are both not what they seem.

You have never mentioned key risk. RRR is run by the few for the few. Helpfuls input and the exchange you had with him shone a real light on that - him being one of the few.

Non disclosed loans, clns, poor and misleading rns, movement of SP and behaviour of main SHs. When they need it they will delist enabling an easy share out of assets amongst the few.

The company is a lifestyle company now run by the few for the few.

Any other risk and metric is irrelevant that's the inevitable outcome for SHs and its how many of you can get out on the spike.

What might seriously change that - replacing Andrew Bell for a start. But we cannot do that as he is the company - no checks no balances no governance. Dictator for life heron is the problem with investing in RRR

Clearly the company needs cash and no doubt lots of loans are being arranged ( below the rns threshold of £200k ) which Helpful indicated.

Accounts for 30th June will i suspect be delayed as long as possible to suppress corporate activity like non discosable loans being in the public domain through publication.

RRR has played this trick lots of times so why stop now ?

One of the shares at the bottom of the loser board today is delisting from AIM due to the heavy governance burden . RRR wants its cake and to eat it. So advantages of listing for fund raising and share liquidity and disadvantages for disclosure and transparency.

I've allways said this share is for the few and delisting could be a natural next step here to. That would render any holding more or less unsellable.

Nitro this dividend is marginally less in pence terms than the last for two reasons

1 exchange rates

2 mainly value is only $93m when dividing 12 cents by shares in issue.

I feel a bit robbed by the final point and would have preferred a 13 cents dividend which is closer to $100.

I really think DRC is dead.

Lithium and Zimbabwe sounded promising. But no news on sales is really concerning.

I am now beginning to wonder if the original plan was to produce and sell at all ? The clever wording and lack of news feels like a red line.

Perhaps as we were told by Helpful it is all about acerage and not sales. Perhaps we need to sell licences or get a farm in ? If we are not selling / producing then this share is in real trouble. Welcome views.

The returns of £1bn over three years are eye watering. £3 a share so at £9 - 11% return. They need to deliver but sound confident.

Personally I would like to see more of the same on buybacks another $200m.

The reduction is seriously impressive and they seem to be able to buy in multiples [ relative to issued shares] compared to other share I have doing buy backs. WIX is buying back £25m and at current rates its 5 years plus. That's extreme.

Interesting long term investor is back in on the risk reward premises.

However good news the dynamic to me is post 0.18 too many will be selling out as the lack of trust permeates the entire being of this share.
