As tricky has said only a few make it so we await news from the task force [ Andrews words] on Chinese buyers, trucking, off take agreement and funding. As ever body says big week. Every week is like this. Interesting to see what news by Friday.

Hawai - I doubt it. DRC has been imminent for 600 days and he's probably been back 20 times since. It eems to make no odds.

To answer a few points.

Have I any 'economic' interest future or past in RRR. Last involvement pretty minor around Greenland and started taking a keen interest as I thought that was shady.

Never known AB worked for him been fleeced by him directly or indirectly. But watched his statements and actions closely for a long time.

Zumore is far closer to the mark my main problem is one Stephen Lundy. His behaviour for a supposed professional and holder of CLNs in constantly ramping here is absolutely shocking.

I consider my role as more philanthropic acting as a safety valve so new posters see Mr Lundy in particular and in some instances RRR for what it is.

Gary Carps comments were lamentable and Bell was absolutely right to take a legal course.

There is absolutely no moral equivalence between my posts and Gary Carp. Helpful knows that but uses it as a tacit threat to me and distraction to the wider board and issues at point as I've touched a nerve. He called me a lying c***

Do any of you codemn that ? It's who Helpful is.

So companies house shows RRR as having a single asset charge with a shelf company with a sole Director called Bell. Within the 32 pages of the charge document the charge then reverts to Gibraltar. That's fact not lies

Legitimate question based on fact. Why is a Bell involved and why Gibraltar. The inference is something to hide.

I have said on here that RRR is run by the few for the few and RRRs management's objectives are not aligned to management

As I've allways said good luck with your investment. What I say or what Helpful says won't affect the ultimate outcome. But with people like Helpful around its important their are others to provide some balance for new investors not those that have made up their minds.

Helpful is suggesting I am lying as the charge is with Gibraltar not the UK limited company.

If you read the detailed 32 document that is factually correct [ but does not explain why the front page detail references the UK company]

Probably worth investing £45 as I have a little suspicion about who might be Directors of the Gibraltar company. So my original point would probably stand.

Could be wrong but this is like a trail of gunpowder to dynamite it all fits together.

RRR has one charge to a company who has a sole director called Bell.

On winding up a charge gets a beneficial interest on the assets. Is it wrong to question why and who this Bell is ?

Investors need their eyes wide open when investing. Unfortunately your last post evidences yours are tightly shut behind a blindfold and the maidit head is in the sand.

So the facts :

Bells son has a Shelf company call Prime Resource Limted.

The one charge RRR has is with Prme Resouces Limited.

In the detailed deed all of 32 pages the charge is with Prime Resources Limted Gibraltar !

Sorry but if you are looking for a text book example of poor governance and lack of transparency this is it.

Even if there is no suspicious intent the whole arrangement has been made to look opaque and underhand and leads people like me to question it.

Bottom line is if Bells son was not in the middle there would be nothing to question.

Helpful there is absolutely no need for that post I've reported it as offensive grateful if others could to.

On the two links I have posted its pretty clear the charge is with Prime Resources Limited and the Director is who I said. Its there in black and white.

Perhaps if AB is above board he might like to either satisfy the charge and or replace it with much better wording.

The wider question is why involve family at all its not the most ethical thing to do and opens you to the scrutiny I and others are doing now.

The only charge RRR have is with Prime Resources.

Its business is IT and removal. It also acts as an agent for loans through Riversfort who RRR use frequently.

Its one director is Bell Ross Edward born September 82. See below.

Its yet to be conclusively proved its his son - but its more than a stab in dark and mightly suspicious.

There is one charge registered at Companies House on RRR assets and its registered to a Shelf company involved in [,IT and removals] . That company has one Director Junior Bell. A pretty shocking fact.

I have said for a long time RRR is run by the few for the few in their interests not yours.

If thats not worrying and proof i might just be onto something then I don't know what is.

To most on here it's far more relevant to risk on investment decisions on RRR than photos of guys drinking a beer or stood by some rocks. It's called evidence and research.

It's not particularly nice to be accused of making things up which I would not do.

You said I was OO7 on conjecture. So here's another not so wild guess !

In July 23 Riverport [ Bells son] were paid off by the share issue. All but 60k which the RNS said would be paid in cash.

As the charge is still open [ for a much larger amount than 60k] its not been paid . There was I suspect deliberate intent in that and its the answer to where has RRR funding come from recently.

Effectively Bell has a funding source on tap. The accounts I suspect will reveal I am right as the Riverfort obligation will be well above 60k.

I also think it's a reasonable observation that the 21 CLN holders happen to be in name only and be Riversfort as will the next 29.

You will ignore all of this but please don't accuse me of desperate attacks. Andrew has all his life operated in the margins this is yet another example of rather underhand governance and I and many others feel quite strongly it should be called out for what it is.

No requirement to disclose RPT on AIM but the degree he has gone to keep it under wraps is eye watering.

End game is first call on the assets [ is a uk charge] in favour of a shell company ( no other word describes it) with Bell junior as director.

Sorry but it says it all about what and who RRR and AB are to me. Others can judge for themselves.

Thanks Spec - google uk companies house and active charges for RRR its free. See my post in the early hours of this morning ( you clearly missed it ) only one active charge the holder of the charge has only one Director a very young Bell. Draw your own conclusions.

The volume traded is absolutely eyewatering on absolutely no new news / rumours compared to yesterday and earlier in the week.

Irrespective of whether you are a ramper or a pessimistic Andrew Ronald McMillan Bell has so much to answer for. His smoke and mirrors / tweets / inexact wording / heresay and complete / mates rates / high net worth indivduals disregard for proper governance / loans and charges from companies controlled by his son /creates the clown show that is RRR.

It will either come good or go bust but his personal conduct as the leader of this company is lamentable.

I read it three times yes looks like you are right.

I dont think the new holders would be stupid enough to fall for that so i thought they will have a charge on the assets. There are no new charges on companies house but a bit premature.

RRR only has one outstanding live charge with a certain Prime Resources Limited - trading as Riverport Global from 27th May 22. They were repaid by the share issue on 21st June 23 with Bell saying less than 60k was owed and would be paid in cash. Its clearly not been as the charge is not satisfied. My suspicion is perhaps by design !! A charge is a golden ticket in distressed times.

Heres a thing - i wonder if the new CLN's are Riverport - disguised in tranches of 10k ? Covered by the existing charge (deliberately left open) which ranks them pari passu above Helpfull in a winding up which is why he is so grumpy not just the new CLNs have better terms :)

Here's the best bit of all. That only live charge on RRR assets is with Prime Resources Limited a micro entity with notionaly deals in IT and removals !!!!

They have one Director - Ross Edward Bell.

Dots to be joined on that all IMO of course.

Sorry if repaid after 6 months as Zumore says they also get 4.5m warrants [ for each 10k of bonds] as well as their 9%.
