“Following submission of the Environmental Impact Assessment ("EIA") for the Company's first Zimbabwe project and stakeholder meetings, an environmental certificate has now been issued. The Company can therefore start production and sale of lithium product”

Certificate of Registration was last week issued in relation to the Company's application through its local subsidiary for a new lithium licence near Bikita, giving the Company a licence covering 94 hectares. Certificates for two small extension applications adding 45 hectares to the core licence in this area were also recently granted. Also near Bikita, adjacent to a purchased area where transfer is in process, registration of two small extension licence areas of 21 ha and 22 ha was recently granted.
Holding a registered licence, provided that an environmental certificate is obtained and other obligations are meet, allows mining operations. All such claims have a 12 month life and must be continuously worked to obtain renewal of title. The law also provides for conversion to a Mining Lease of longer duration.
Red Rock Chairman Andrew Bell comments: "As work continues to prepare for processing and sale at our first location, we are in parallel working to continue the process of licence grant or transfer where this is not completed.
18th August
Key current tasks are the beaconing and procuring of EIAs for recently granted licence areas, establishment and testing of representative samples, procurement of crushing and beneficiation equipment, procuring of export licences, and establishment of sales channels. Discussion has begun with sales agents in China for sale of lithium ores, and a potential contract miner/partner has sent an experienced South African consultant geologist who from 10th to 14th August with ALR personnel conducted due diligence at ALR's locations in Zimbabwe.

Red Rock Chairman Andrew Bell comments: "These high grade Lithium Oxide results show the potential that exists, and we continue discussions with potential customers and contractors. Further news will be released as it becomes available."

The Company also notes the increase in its share price today and is aware of no unpublished price sensitive information.
The CEO of the Company is currently in Zimbabwe to plan operations, together with an entrepreneur with decades of African experience, Mr Sam Mahendran. After site visits have been carried out a further report will be made, but the business model as noted in the announcement of 18th August is now focussed on export sales. Discussions have been carried out with several potential offtake partners and will continue in Dubai on the return leg of the current trip. Any definite agreement with results will be reported in due course.
