Spec - talk of suspension is fear mongering ? I disagree.
If your basic belief is the company is run by the few for the few which mine and many others is - its a potential logical step.
The company structure is opeque. Inter company loans, charges, mystery Bells, Riversfort , lots of CLNs huge amounts of warrants.
Asset prioritisation in restructuring favours the few.
If you can't raise money on AIM what's the point. The regulatory costs from a previous company which withdrew was $250k a year.
Bell will be sick and tired of the noise on here as he has demonstrated by appearing yesterday. My key point is suspension is no bad thing for the "few" and the rationale for it could be provided by the annual accounts. Lots in there will be new and create untold noise and possibly a going concern qualification.
Bell does not need this. Its harder and harder to raise money on AIM and convince people to invest. A quieter life could be to lapse into suspension and take stock.
Completely in my own opinion of course and publication of the accounts by 31st Dec would declare my theory absolutely redundant.
I will not keep repeating this but it is a logical evidenced and reasonable theory.
I like you and if you don't mind me saying you've gone from a healthy but skeptical invester to a true beleiver. Hope it works.
