We probably won’t see a share issue as AB left open the loan facility with Riversfort Global Opportunities (RGO) by not making a full and final settlement to them in the RNS of 21st June 23.

As the accounts say this facility is secured on the assets of the company and that charge was registered on 27th May 2022.

RRR are always damned if they do and damned if they don’t. Issue shares and its horrendous dilution. Use Riversfort facility and run a real risk of foreclosure.

If we get that far the accounts will be really telling and I think we have probably been using the Riversfort facility.

For me only an injection of cash from DRC or an investor (Chinese 😊) who like what they see on ALR can save the company

1.7% of company brought back for around £5m .

The £25m set aside should last at least a year and circa 9% of the company back.

New capital allocation policy re cash I beleive will also result in a special dividend as they can't buy back shares quickly.

You've also told posters the name of your "Foxy "solicitor should anyone have any issues with the rather optimistic picture you have painted of ALR. Never mind Gary Carp lol and Banbury apologising I think it's Lundy who should apologise.
