Spec auditing is my game. Bluntly AB bull**it'd the auditors last year re DRC and future funds.

It won't wash again and i think they will qualify on a going concern.

You will say so what. It's about the worst independent assessment you can have. Legally accounts due by 31st Dec. AB has two choices.

1 - publish with a going concern qualification. He will be ridiculed SP will halve

2 - not publish so go into technical suspension whilst the board take stock.

My money is on 2 company dissolved shareholders wiped out.

Maidit without DRC the company will be lucky to make it past 31st Dec. The auditors must qualify on a going concern and technical suspension looms as AB is too vain to publish and explain qualified accounts. Don't know what your "on" but it must be good. After reading the Tea leaves wrong for five months I can't blame you.

Spec in the unlikely event DRC comes good. Two lots of CLNs to repay , an increasing riversfort overdraft, warrants at 0.2p in the billions. A good portion of the money is gone and the warrants act as a drag on any rise. No DRC and its nearly curtains. AB has made a huge mess of this and all the while claiming his salary. Too many plates spinning too much expenditure. Still an Elephant might save the day :)

Unfortunately Spec - you have to put a lot of trust in Andrew. Trust in very short supply with this company.

Kurt how did he pay third parties for their lithium ?Answer he did not. Its all a freebie to test and learn.

H5O - you have been posting since the days of Mr Magic ten years of failure. You are allways positive but RRR is 99% down during your postings you must be an insider or hugely dowm. Other boards are not like this. Andrew and Helpful have taken investors for a ride for years. No board has more disgruntled investors than this. Tom Winiforth " RRR is an almighty dog with lots of fleas". The Investment time chastised Walter Mitty type updates and called us Blue Air Resorces in the last month. There's only one RRR. The worst run company on AIM and a huge amount of different posters to support it. No shorts or conspiracy just a lot of people who have been misled frequently over the years.

Last decent road we had at Tin Hill was built by illegal miners.

Even with the advantage of a free road we export other peoples lithium, so don't use it.

For the avoidance of doubt poster Helpful would present a polished t**d as El Dorado if it was in RRRs name.

Five years plus of Helpful bigging up this Steptoes Yard ragbag of assets and Nothing delivered to enhance shareholder value. Ivory Coast is an absolute nothing burger.

News on Elephant soon. Nothing burger or someone prepared to throw away $7m. RRR lock in won't help as IPOs typically lose most of their value over 6 months and the market is so illiquid they can't hock it. Don't think RRR will need to worry about the follow up but we will see.

One thing he has got right is nothing AB does will be good enough. Lots of new posters today. Trust in Bell has gone. Everything he says no one beleives or looks at his wording. He could regain trust by foregoing his wages as he said he would in late 22 if DRC Elephant and asset sales were not forthcoming. They were not but still takes his wages.

AB needs to go ASAP.

RRR has brought no deal to conclusion and produced nothing. You bigged up a Lithium mine three months ago thats now mothballed.

I love the talk of interested buyers perhaps one of the five not interested Chinese buyers is interested.

Spec - the reality is you and I are like Venus and Mars in virtually everything to do with this company. You began with a really open mind but now can see no wrong in RRR AB or anything they invest in.

Thanks Spec but the risk reward is appaling. You get to invest $7m for a 10% stake. So you are diluted ten fold before you start as founders put no money in.

I would love to know how we paid for the third party lithium we are exporting. I expect the answer is we did not pay but offered to transport for free and export ?

But the reality is the company RRR hold an investment in is dormant and worthless and its that company the investor site shows as a highlight.
