The period has elapsed ----Suggested statement for the next accounts

“As the bashers (my detractors) predicted no events in the period occurred which generated cash and there have been no such events in the post reporting period. As suggested by the bashers the company is desperately short of cash and I have to sadly report no serious approaches have been made for any of our assets by any parties. Negotiations with the “Five Chinese buyer PLC”, whilst initially showing promise were discontinued when they conducted due diligence".

Would like to understand more how it's accumulated that level of tax loss and what the restrictions on use are.

So Lithium is $15K a tonne.

Say our 200 tonnes is 5%. That's generous.

Sale value is $150,000.

Let's give RRR a generous margin of 20% That means the whole shooting match is only worth $30k

The pivot from producer to exporter was almost over night. The economics don't work on my numbers $30k is peanuts [ our share 47%] and that's why I'm suggesting it's a face saving measure [ let us down gently after all the task force, Dubai and five Chinese buyers ]

Stand to be corrected on my maths. Any other estimates on 200 tonnes sale value ?

I think the interviews and activity Friday was a failed attempt to get a placing away.

Last year [15th Dec 2022] they got $500k from Diversified Metals by pre selling a placing. The price then was 0.375 p so nearly four times higher than now so really difficult to repeat. There seems a certain inevitably on the billion shares being issued for buttons or alternatively moving off the main market ( by whatever mechanism) could be seen as a better option. Do think 31st December is a defining event as no publication of accounts is not un common and in some ways could be seen as serving a purpose.

They really need DRC and I mean really need.

I would add Helpful has spent two and half years, bigging up this share since then, arguably misleading investors and its lost seven eights of its value in that time !

Don’t know about him and his mates threatening me with legal action. I’m not an insider, a current shareholder nor have I ever worked for RRR, nor am I in a boiler room or working for Brokers or a paid poster . I'm just disgusted by Helpful posting, it really is that simple.

Helpful on the other hand - admits to owning 10% of ALR, some of the rollover CLNs and associated warrants, has confirmed he attempted to buy a charge over RRR assets. He also has told us him name, his business address his personal solicitor and that solicters company. Its less about whether he's paid which I don’t think he is but the duty of care he owes as an insider, when he is posting on here and providing advice and opinions.

Lets see what the end game is with RRR. But if its as I suspect there may be some people on here that have lost by misleading comments who might want to look at their options.

It's a commonly used expression to suggest something won't happen. I would add its also informed and intelligent position given the lack of progress from RRR on all fronts.

Yes Zumore the purpose of the listing is to raise funds but according to Helpful it costs 400k a year. I think it's served it's purpose - golden goose is no more.

I think they are saving to buy the first 200 tonne commitment hence one truck leaving and no confirmation on other six. Hopefully they have the cash flow to fill six more trucks or maybe not.

And Bell did say happy with a small margin.

Helpful Stephen Lundy - has pumped this relentlessly for 5 years. During that time it's lost 10 fold in value and achieved nothing. On its invester website it lists its last success at 2019.

Lundy has been wrong for ever. Will he call something right just once ? He has no contrition for the many on here he has maybe misled and lost money for and he ignores his own appalling track record on postings on here. Its like it never happened ( him being wrong everytime)what a low ethical and moral bar he has.

Banbury called everything right. Company never delivers and IMO is run by the few for the few.

If and its a big if - they pull off ANY ONE of DRC, IPO Elephant, they sell commercially Lithium, they get Soma royalties, they mine some gold somwhere (which they have decades to do )I will congratulate the company. Its called admitting you were wrong and a higher moral bar something Helpful Charlatan he is will never do.

At no point have I said the plan to export is not true, over ten years of communication RRR have pivoted on numerous occasions only for things to be forgotten. Robins has told you that and suggested it would happen with Lithium and will be backed up by many others on here. With respect Robins has been here years you have not.

So the words aspirational.and face saving mean RRR do have a Lithium operation but I doubt it will be priority for many reasons . I look forward to the first 200 tonnes being exported. Cost and margins will be commercial in confidence ( the company has allready lined up non communication !!!) but updates on volumes are not. I would like to see an RNS on that particularly given the statement judge us by our exports. Let's have an RNS for the status of first 200 tonnes. This was heavily touted on 15th November with a video of a tremendous amount of Lithium in sacks. Looked a lot of Lithium to me and the company were very proud. I just thought it would be in Beira by now ( three weeks later) and a great thing to RNS.

Spec if seven trucks had arrived in Beira they would have released an RNS.

I'm concluding 200 tonnes is aspirational, and to a degree face saving it will soon dissapear from the radar altogether. Robins has been here years and seen it all before.

Migori and Macalder have been with RRR 18 years plus. In that time gold has probably declined in real terms. They won't be sold.

RRR is on life support and the only thing which will save it is DRC funds. Andrews eight lives down and needs to get very lucky.

H5O - I think the days when RRR shre price materially spike is behind us.

Surely we can place at these level ? The billion shares will get us say 850k for a 40% dilution ( and that's being generous as the last CLN gets a 15% discount and first equity a commision). If they place could see this fall to 0.07p.

Gordon - Earl was massively dissapointed by the companies 15th December lithium news -lRNS 200 tonnes. He had been hooked in by stories of many thousands of tonnes and five Chinese buyers. He's not a fan anymore and is joining me and others in the boiler room [ H5O only irony not truth on the boiler room comment)

RRR I'm less sure. I thought the interview was really weak he's no salesman.
