What's Lundy on about now ! No one posted about the latest hot fad and nothing was removed. I'm on this Board a lot. If that's all there worried about we really have problems.

He's also ignoring the 225k we need to pay on the CLN that element won't be applied to production. Next week should be interesting

Rev debt 21m Mar 1185m - 56 fold

REV profit nil [ exceptionals] Mar 35m

Rev market cap 12m Mar 231m - 19 fold.

A big if but if Rev could make profits of £5-£6m which is possible. Should be debt free quickly and market cap still really low. £5m profit and 10p SP is still only a PE of 5. Still room to move up from here.

You know as would anybody with half a brain, I'm not paid have no agenda, not an ex employee just a pretty p**sed off ex Shareholder. If Bell every delivered once in this miserable companies life perhaps we would not be here. The low life Lundy also encourages the bashers. The idiots than run the company don't realise if they gagged Lundy the noise would wind down considerably.

Still think the Lithium doughnut will top the lot on failure. 200 tones arriving at Beira a little tweet or better an RNS saying Trucks one had arrived safely and truck 2-7 were on their way. Its a month today since Truck 1 was loaded !!!

Early Jan 23 First Equity had a target of 2.6p Lundy was bigging it up and here we are at 0.08p. What a dreadful year.

It's typical RRR - they were unlucky with Lithium price and export rules. But rather than mothballing and cutting costs they pivoted to something they don't have the expertise to carry off. Stupidity. DYOR and IMO only.

Dukey - Lundy tried to buy the charge over RRR assets and failed

Tells me he knows all is not well and his CLNs may be vulnerable. DYOR. Still encouraging others to invest

Highlight of yesterday was Lundy saying " nothings fundamentaly changed" !! Never use him as a financial advisor !

In yesterday's RNS Andrew negated to say 225k of the proceeds ofc450k net will be needed to repay the 19th Oct CLN. That will be RNS next week. He's not got the headroom left to issue share to repay it. I'm very confident I'm right. When I am its the same old story around trust and truth why does he not say half the proceeds will be applied.

No trust I'm afraid.

Still don't think we are out the woods on the accounts. If no definitive news on DRC by 29th Littlejohns the auditors will be back early looking at the wording. Without DRC we have a month's money and no share authority to add to it. He's cornered. Suspension ? It's all about DRC now.

Spec couple of corrections to your figures

If 200 tonnes is $40k profit

1000 tonnes is $200k [ not $400k as you say ]

We only own 47% so our share of that is $94k a month.

Couple of corrections to your numbers which you will agree and we have slipped from $400k to $94K.

Very generous assumptions underpinning $94 will be materially lower IMO.

To be fair Spec - I've put my numbers on quite a few times.

Let's go with your figures sakes price $600.

I had the margin as 20% but again let's say you $200 so 33%.

So profit = $40k.

But as I mentioned many times only a 47% holder of ALR so let's say $18k to RRR. I had $14k .

That's ABs salary for a month. With payroll on costs. Its cut throat world out there, if they are the margins competition will be stiff. Like others I've watched Bell for years all the warning signs are there.

- immediate pivot from miner to exporter - face saving

- claptrap about task force dubai and five buyers. All intended to create placing spikes.

- early RNS about won't release details as commercial in confidence [ this was the real red flag] . Judge us by our exports. Margins agreed are commercial in confidence but values and volumes are not commercially in confidence. A smokescreen to hide failure.

- Helpful not mentioning ALR any more. The biggest ego in Manchestor moving attention to gold is worrying.

- No follow up of trucks 2 to 7. IMO releasing that would have created a spike and they could have got yesterdays placing away 50% higher.

- Lastly and not least those pictures draw your own conclusions.

I don't want to have an argument with you about explicit statements. Trust is incredibly low with this company and for me lots of worrying signs around where we are now.

They are not going to admit failure not what RRR does they just ignore it and move on.

I will stop posting if they export 1000 tonnes ( so confident I've halved my number ) of Lithium . FWIW I think DRC is true just misguided optimism.

The fib IMO is Lth. 14k for 200 tonnes tops its not economic. No news still on truck one arriving or trucksc2-7 being loaded. Four weeks now ! Would do harm to say they were at Beira. Watch this closely I am :)

As ever classroom dunce Maidit completely ignores 19th Oct CLN. Today's issue was a crystallising event we have to repay 225k by (1) issuing shares at 0.063p or (2) repay the principle . Loads of warrants at 0.0945.

AB has cut this too fine and only has 233m spare authority on shares. That means 225k repaid from 450k raised ( after expenses) . More lies in RNS re use of funds. They should survive a month. He needs DRC and at most this will be $2.5 m the arbitration award. We waisted 2.5bn in shares getting this so investor value destroyed. AB got RRR to about 6bn share last time before 25.1 consolidation history repeats itself just with a new generation of stupid investors

Think our supplier in Zimb and BF going to be livid. He got 0.11p three days ago these guys get 0.075p. Hardly motivational to the guys doing the work.

He's got no headroom to convert CLN - so 225k is a repayment to them in 7 days. More lies in the RNS.

Duke the auditors will give a not a going concern unless the evidence on DRC is water tight. Might actually be trading opportunity. But long term he's destroyed SH value by diluting to such an extent DRC is meaningless to anyone in over 0.2p.

Bell has seven days to pay £225k to the CLN holder or issue 315m share with loads of warrants at 0.1p. What a shower

Zumore I did not know Lundy was Tophams advisor. Hope Mr Topham does not judge his advisors by results.

CGull he holds the rollover CLNs. The warrants are now worthless but he will be wanting his money back. I'm not sure where Lundy is in the winding up order but buying the Prime Resources Charge will push him to the top. Would love to stick all the evidence together and bring an ethics complaint on behalf of a group of misled investors.

Let's not forget Lundy also got Bell involved in Elephant an absolute dog of an asset.

Nothings fundamentally changed for Lundy as he holds a CLN not shares. He knew buying shames here was a poor investment decision. The company need to pull Lundy from posting its not right.

Zumore the fact is all the bashing they complain about is caused by Lundy. You I and lots others are only in main here to shoot down his lies.

It's the classic law of un-intended consequences Lundy is trying to promote the company but has destroyed its reputation.
