Lundy incrediblely quiet on ALR which is out of character. Makes me suspicious the pivot to IC and BF.

I'm on record as saying they will not even achieve 200 tonnes. Its a face saving measure after all the hype.

Bell said 2 - 3 month pipeline. One truck left on 15th November RNS so 15th Jan - 15th Feb for news or will they just go silent on it completely.

If HBR can pull this off its a sitting duck at anything below £4 with 1.8bn shares in issue, and $2bn or so of aquisition euro note debt at 2% [ SQZ just got a 10% RBL ] . Acquisition cost paid for by target cash flow from 1st July 2023.

My only concern is any regulatory problems with the deal I'm unsighted as to if this is complex or not.

If its not complex the merged entity at £6 a share from what I have read will still be at a discount from its 500k barrell a day peers

Yes Amadan - Zumore offered Lundy a bet I think theyvwould export no more that 2000 tonnes. The margins will be pitiful, and the company won't release them as supposedly commercial in confidence. The entire export "story" is exactly that a story to save face as they ridiculously overplayed the hype re task force five Chinese buyers etc.

Lithium will be forgotten exports will IMO be 200 tonnes tops. If the company is still around talk of mining from.tin Hill will be resurrected if Lithium price recovers significantly.

This company undoes everything good by ridiculous hype - imminent payment in DRC , elephant ipo Lithium exports now its Burkino and Ivory Coast never mind we've been in Oz and Kenya sat on gold for 15 years and nothing.

Its DRC or bust - fascinating to see what spin Bell.puts on anything but full payment.

The worry is its treading water so 31st Dec 22 debt £18.5m and 4th Jan 23 £18.3m.

6th March debt was £23.1m and 15th Oct £ 23.2m. So seasonaly will go up.

On the plus side closures and lower utility costs should mitigate part of wage rises.

It won't compensate anyone but we know enough about him to sully his professional reputation. He's not the most discreet. Bad publicity for Mr Lundy would be well deserved.

Duke / zumore - I don't get why Management don't gag him !

Firstly it would be right as hes an insider and secondly his presence now is the best example of the law of un-intended consequences.

The more he ramps the more the skeptics like us rake up all the skeletons (and no company has more) the less likely anyone on these boards will invest.

Andrew if you are reading just gag Lundy and you might find the rather toxic atmosphere on here improves. For me the company has a lot to answer for but Helpful hinders rather than Helps DYOR and IMO to quote the great man.

Our man Lundy ( helpful) is going very cool.on DRC !! He's now using the word "if" and spinning the cr*p that remains. A reminder on the carcass

- Elephant so valueless four failed IPOs as evidence. Benin licence expired.

- Limon we have had numerous disputes with opperator. If the royalty was worth anything Bell would have sold it to avoid pre Christmas dilution. No cash received to date. Dispute likely.

- Tin Hill moved from worth millions and producing 10k tonnes a month to mothballed. Loads of rubbish on five Chinese buyers and task forces. Now it's a 200 tonnes operation. The 200 tones gone missing if it ever existed and an update is overdue.

- Burkino Faso war zone. Foreign office no travel advice. Extortion money due to Wagner.

So currently without DRC this is desperate stuff.

Couple of 1m buys just after ten and some meaty ones after that.

That damage is impossible to repair - particularly if DRC is close. He's messed up as usual don't make excuses.

Helpful a dose of reality

- Soma we are in perpetual dispute with the owners. Not quite as clear cut as you think.

- ALR 200 tonnes is pitiful. 3 days admin costs on the profits.

- Burkino Faso - probably need to bribe Wagner and its long term.

I think Bell going would trigger a 50% rise minimum. Probably more than DRC as they know he will waste the proceeds.
