Spec he should have hunkered down two months ago. Stopped everything even his salary for a few months ( as he suggested to Littlejohn last year ). That would have avoided dilution of 666m shares ( one third) and the October CLN triggering this week

If he gets DRC I fear it will be just the arbitration element heavily discounted for legal fees and kickbacks ( his statement we will get the lot was just an excuse for delay). Watched this for ten years and the playbook is identical.

Key difference is he lost his ability to spin a yarn and cause an SP spike so money is used far quicker. Interesting two weeks let's hope we see accounts. I think it's more likely than not but not a forgone conclusion.

He did the 25 to 1 consolidation but so as to avoid the same issue made the nominal value on the consolidation shares fractional with zillions of zeros

So if he gets permission he can issue trillions of shares in 2024 and beyond.

The more thought i give it the more i think the elections was yet another ruse to explain away lack of progress. Its not like anyone involved is standing in the election, there are not any Purdah rules like in the UK , or the parties to the transaction are in anyway involved in the election.

Despite protestations that we will only take the full amount [ delay tactics] I think the receipt will be materially lower than $2.5m.
