Some real duffers on here. Like anybody in their right mind would bet on this.

The in house broker had a target in Jan 23 of 2.6p a share. It listed ten plus cash defining events many as being shortly. Zero nil diddly squat, nothing delivered. Three times as many shares as then and SP needs to rise 26 fold to reach that target. What an appaling year for Mr Bell and RRR.

Even if they do DRC he's thrown it all away by balance sheet debt and endless warrants. Next placing over 200k is curtains based on the October CLN terms. He needs DRC cash in full ( not a downpayment) in the bank now. The beleivers on here don't realise even if he gets DRC he's blown the golden goose. SP capped at no more than 0.3p even with DRC in full.

Maidit - very small increase. Have not done the maths yet but looks to me Black has picked up the 50k that the supplier on the ground did not want. Not a vote of confidence by our supplier, nor by Black

The next RNS could be excruciating if he tries to mash together weasel words on progress. Don't think the market / auditors will buy anything but cash !!

Helpful- of course its waiting for the RNS how stupid are you. Did you think yesterday's update would seriously move the market ? Its also waiting as I posted yesterday for the exact wording of the RNS. Done and cash received.

My suspicion is a nebulous jam tommorrow progress report. The market is sick of RRR doing that and won't take it kindly.

Interesting and an apology from me if I'm wrong. You have been wrong for five years but no contrition or guilt you don't actual care.

Spec - if he gets the money I will be the first to say I was wrong.

Ten years of watching this company and we are building up to either

1 - Unequivocally have the cash and banked.

2 - Clever words around progress and dare I say it echew, holding accounts, pre finalisation, agreed subject to final certification.

Trust is low. Years ago the clever words could drive a doubling of the SP now they barely raise any interest in a lifeless pecker.

Let's hope it option 1 but history says Option 2.

My story is i despise Helpful. I also couldn't beleive the stunt AB pulled on Greenland back in the day. The Cypriot bank was perhaps the biggest fib in AIM history.

It's laughable anyone could think todays dreadful RNS will help the SP or burn the imaginary shorts.

Let's hope DRC cash avoids that Cypriot bank.

H50 there's nothing in that RNS to catch any shorts if they exist or raise the SP. Its a nothing burger

1 - deliberately kept below 200k to avoid triggering the CLN. Very wise

2 - contractor probably had to take shares as they risked not being paid otherwise. I suspect this in leiu of wages but has been dressed up as something else.

3 - as I said this morning will they pull a stunt on progress short of cash on DRC or any other asset.

Loving the drama. Nothing in that RNS to help the SP IMO

4 Lots more small placings to avoid the CLN trigger.

Spec 200 tonnes of Lithium at a generous 5% = 10 tonnes raw at $14k = $140K sale proceeds.

I will be kind and give a generous 20% mark up = $28k profit. We are 47% holder = $13k.

It's absolute pants but if you want to Bury your head in the Canadian oil sands go for it. Its a face saving measure.

Spec the profit on 200 tonnes is pants even if I give them a generous 5% grade and a good margin. What you see as strength is IMO a face saving measure. It has little or no business merit. I look forward to updates to be proved wrong.

Helpfull I think RRR shareholders funds are circa £25m in the red from the company incorporation.

I would rather have a lithium plant than our steptoes yard of clapped out assets that according to Bell ( on 31st March 23) have been up for sale for a while with no takers and having pi**ed £25m in admin costs against the wall.

I wonder if in the next 9 days we get a carefully crafted statement which stops short of receipt of cash on either DRC or some other asset ?

They need the SP higher to get the placing away and dissipate the dilutary impact of the October CLN [15% discount and huge amounts of warrants]

Receipt of cash would be best but they have to try something.

The 15th October CLN for 210k is looks to me onerous and is a huge drag on the company here’s why.

• If RRR issues 300m shares at 0.1p it raises 300k. So far so good.

• This triggers the right of the CLN holder to purchase shares to repay the loan at a 15% discount

• With rolled up front loaded interest total repayment and conversion is 225K - so another 260m shares to repay this debt.

• The holders are entitled to another 260m of warrant (50% above exercise price) at .1275p

• First Equity get 22m shares as their fee .

End result RRR gets 300k cash now but virtually the entire 900m share headroom allowed at the GM is used.

RRR back in a the same old death spiral and the warrant exercise price (0.1275p) acts as a huge drag on the future SP rises .

This company is in very serious trouble and needs DRC quickly - all in my opinion and DYOR.
