I genuinely think he's an insider. Known his tag for years but didn't realise he was in the old days a basher. Every company release he's the first to communicate here. If I over step the mark re too many Bells he's the first to set Rottweiler [ sorry Manchester debating supremo] Lundy on me. Definitely management mouth piece.

H5O interesting but Andrew is a very average public speaker and does not ooze Rizz (word of the year in 2023 ) As a salesman 2 out of ten. Personally I think either you or Lundy as front men could engender much more confidence.

Constructive advice. H5O silent insider to company PA. The price will sky rocket.

You've posted 10 years plus positively to my knowledge and are allways the first to know anything, all the time whilst the SP has fallen 99% plus.

I'm begining to think Helpful beleives his own hype.

Three Duke- RRRs running cost is far higher £1.5m to £2m.

Helpful quoted 400k as the cost of the LSE listing.

A few companies recently have sighted cost to leave the main market albeit the one I saw was 250k.

Once off the main market shares are very hard to buy and sell.

I have allways flagged this up as a risk and a logical time to do it would be 31st Dec as the published accouts will give a warts and all preview of current financing and auditors have comments re going concern.

If we don't publish on 31st its a technical suspension and that could be combined with a move off main markets. I may of course be talking rubbish but the fact Helpful had the listing costs to hand made me reflect.

I think recent events re pictures no reasons RNS burnt the company so they are moving away from hype to factual updates.

Good in terms of governance but you need to be making some progress to have facts to release.

I'm still surprised by no RNS on moving trucks 2-7 to port ? With my being fair to RRR hat on it would go down well and at least demonstrate progress.

Yes late December 2010 we did a placing at 14.9p. Since then we had a 25 to 1 share consolidation.

Total decline in share holder value 99.8%.

What did you think of Helpful saying he was going to buy the charge over RRRs assets with a mate ? He said it didn't happen.

In ten years of watching RRR that is the most astounding thing I've heard and we've seen a few.

He not a modest man and in this instance I really beleive him.

Anybody else have a view on Helpful and his mate trying to buy RRRs debt and the charge. I find it mind boggling.

I think helpful there is an expectation seven trucks and 200 tonnes have arrived in Beira. The first truck left Nov 15th 19 days ago and its a twelve hour drive. It would do wonders for the SP, to announce completion of that milestone.

Don't know about other posters but you could have knocked me over with a feather by Helpful's response, a lot of information.

I don't profess to understand much of it but observations :

- the role between the company as an entity and Helpful seems very blurred. Is he the company or not ?

- i don't understand why RRR cant have a simple conventional charge with the lenders and why we need all these companies in between. Even if there is nothing to hide it gives the impression there is . Perceptions are important

- the fact he was going to buy the charge over RRR's assets was a gob smacker.

The governance of this company is shall we say unusual . I have said for years the company is run "by the few for the few" and the few's interests are not aligned to ordinary public shareholders who are not high wealth individuals.

Helpful is confident in the future so lets hope he is right.

Still think an update on 7 trucks and Beira will help the SP

Speculative. For the avoidance of doubt :

1 - I have made nothing up. The links are there. Not sure why the charge is not direct with the lender like other companies but so be it.

2 - The only person mentioning illegality and Fraud is you. I'm the one who pointed out to you the relevant standards and disclosure requirements. The lad could be Bells son ( which I'm not saying he is illustrative only) and it would be perfectly legal. End of on legality.

Just because something is legal does not morally make it right. So Helpful as an insider can legally post here relentlessly bigging the company up and encouraging the naive to invest. It sets IMO a really low moral compass on him and reflects very poorly on RRR but perfectly legal . It would IMO be similer if Mr Bell was related to his namesake.

H5O - you are a fan of the boiler room conspiracy theory and post a similar accusation on other boards. Ever thought it might be the shares you associate with eliciting particularly strong views from holders and ex holders ?

Anyway back to normal business an update on the 200 tonnes would improve sentiment. Short term more relevant than gold prices. Have a good day all.

For the avoidance of doubt I am making no allegation of Fraud. I am asking about a related party transaction which like all good governance should be and im sure will be at arms length.

Have a read of IAS 24 and AIM rule 13 both covering related party transactions from a market and accounts perspective. Even if the two Bells are related [ which i have no evidence they are]there is no disclosure requirement so I have no one to complain to its perfectly legal so be it.

What's also perfectly legal is for me to pose valid and insightful questions on boards like this which I do. I am at a loss as to why everything to do with RRR is so murky and opaque. If they just had a direct charge with their lender Riversfort like all other companies rather than using a shell company that has no other purpose but to hold a charge there would be no questions to ask. RRR bring a lot of problems on themselves.

Robins no harm. So to close this down I propose a win win for all parties.

Explicit repudiation from Mr Bell about Prime Resources and Ross Edward Bell as being completely unrelated to him and I will pay £500 to Christies.

Spec - to be clear I'm not alleging fraud i never would. Just an unlikely and unfortunate coincidence that can be easily cleared up by an explicit confirmation. AIM disclosure rules allow and dont require disclosure of family connections so boards like this are valuable to share concerns around transparency in the UK.

Words matter - "a director of former lender" he says "named Bell or otherwise" I'm 100% sure he's right on that and no problems accepting it.

However Riversfort is the lender Prime Resources is not so doesnt address my question.

Easy to answer my question more explicitly. Over to Mr Bell re the specific company and the specific named Director. So I don't think I would lose credibility. I would if I posted after a clear explicit repudiation on that name and that company which im sure Mr Bell will provide.

Helpful have you read the litigation link ? They want their litigation to be none bullying and factual based.

So there are two Prime Resources listed at Companies House- one with a Director called Bell. RRR have a charge with a related Gibraltar company of the same name.

One in every 12,570 surnames is Bell. Very legitimate question Mr Bell can easily answer that he is no relation. Sorry standing my ground on this one and hopefully just an unfortunate co-incidence . As Duke says easy to knock it on the head with a clear explicit response from Andrew.
