These guys are the auditors and both they and AB signed on 28th last year no Xmas break !!

Last year they promised DRC and Elephant and other asset sales this year- no progress on anything. Plus a growing Riversfort overdraft (with charge !!!) plus plenty of CLN debt, can't get away a share issue as SP too low, billions of warrants. All the bad publicity - blue air resouces etc

2023 has been a terrible year for AB and some dificult discussions to be had with auditors.

I still think it's to the "fews" advantage to not publish suspend and formally delist. End of the month will be very interesting.

On the Bells it's really for Andrew to tell us. He could just pop in and do that. The rubbish and vitriol from Helpful makes me really suspicious.

There are two prime resources at companies House and the one related to the Gibralter company [ with the signed charge, the headline on the charge is the uk one] is the one with Bell as a Director. According to Google one in every 12,470 surnames are Bell and its the 874th most common surname !! How Helpful does not see this as an issue is beyond me but he is blind to any challenge constructive or otherwise of this company.

We never paid the 60k cash - that’s why the overdraft facility is still open and charge to Prime Resources Limited is still outstanding. Again the RNS from 21st June was not exactly truthful. ."will be settled in cash"

With all due respect Helpful (Stephen) you are not the companies spokesman.

Andrew needs to came out or even post on this board he is no relation to Ross Edward Bell and I will drop it. But its highly suspicious given all the recent dodgy dealings (Blue Air Resources) and needs addressing by him not you. And until he addresses it it’s a valid line of enquiry.

Particularly after the fibs about Zimbabwe photos we are owed an explanation who Ross Edward Bell the sole director of Prime Resouces Limited is. ? The one question helpful never ever addresses is who this Bell is. No lies by me factual and perfectly reasonable question.

The charge should really be direct with Riversfort then there would be no issue and I would not be posting . But its not direct with Riversfort its through a company Gibraltar or otherwise with a Bell as Director. Why ?

- RRR had litigation with new owners on $1m of the payment. AB ended up settling for a lower amount and some worthless shares.

Given these two companies recent history receipt of any royalties will be difficult and no doubt enter dispute. Not quite as rosy as Helpful presents.

In light of the fibs over pictures of Lithium - Trust has gone. To restore trust how about :

- full disclosure of the drawn down facility. How much of the £1m have we drawn down as we are not raising cash through share issues or CLNs.

- who is Ross Edward Bell born September 1982 - and what' s his relationship to Andrew Bell. Its not unreasonable to be suspicious without such assurances ?

- Andrew takes a pay cut (for the avoidance of doubt Spec any new CEO should be fully paid).

The helpful silence on ALR must seriously concern investors. I think it's mothballed as prices too low and the pivot towards export and commercial in confidence ( no news) is to disguise ALR being a dud.

Elephant clearly is a dud.

They desperately need DRC but accounts will show significant debt so needed to keep company afloat.

Spec if 200 tonnes had made it to Beira they would have told us. That's not commercial in confidence. Only logical answer is its not happened.
