I can't think of any circumstances where this does not result in the requirement for a holdings RNS [ eight plus investors all below 3% !!! seems incredibly unlikely)

Or all existing shareholders take up proportionally again not possible.

So no holdings RNS by the company on the new shareholders . Why ?

My suspicion is "Run by the few for the few". Clearly they don't want shareholders knowing.

Unfortunately the holdings note in RRR Plc accounts was not updated from June 22 to June 23. This means we can't prove 47%.

ALR accounts are due 13th April and cover year to 31st July 23. Disclosure will be minimal conveniently !!

Our subsidiary red rock resources coal limited who we have the big loan with changed its company address on 8th December 2023 to a lovely looking residential property at 2 Wandon Road Fulham brought for £1.825m on 21st March 2023. Really unusual thing to do. Everything at RRR is smoke and mirrors. Preparation for the end game ? Big guys positioning? IMO and DYOR ?

I would bet my life Lundy owns 10% of ALR and has paid nothing to company overheads. Its called a perk of being a CLN holder. The auditors did not update the note in the accounts on 2023 subsidiary shareholdings (it was left at 2022) I contacted them but they never got back. Not very professional RRR will own 47% of the company ( courtesy of Lundy) but will no doubt pay 100% of the costs.

I'm wicked but can you repost Banbury is asking about trucks 2 - 7. He thinks it's all bullh*t. Lundy has never been shy as a 10% holder previously whys he quiet now.

It spiked at .16p on 15th November on the news of one truck. Still awaiting news on trucks 2 to 7.

PIs who were sucked in by the hype are now 250% from break even.

I think this share will never see 0.2p again ( a three fold increase in cap) which will leave many underwater.

All down to Andrew profligate waste of shareholders money on vanity projects which has raised share count to 3.3bn.

He really has wrecked this company even with DRC at the full $7m - 0.2p is a dim and distant memory ( unless he does another consolidation)

I'm on filter but could someone ask Lundy if its not done till its done why has Bell said it was imminent 20 months ago and claimed a second version of the annual report was drafted saying it was received but for the election. Surely at best this is misleading and at worst lies. Also interested in trucks 2 to 7 and if they have crossed the border.

Robins they will hang their head in shame and dissapear. Imagine it First Equity have downgraded RRR from 2.6p to 0.12p with a buy reccomendation !!

He was bullying me to plug thousands of tonnes of Lithium through First Equitys model think he was talking huge tens of millions of £ - even said he would be interested in buying RRRs 47% .

That first equity report is my favourite. Dated 19th January 2023. Target SP 2.6p. As we approach the year anniversary where are we 0.07p.

That takes some doing and poster Helpful ( Stephen Lundy) has some serious neck with continuous positive posts after this calamity.

When it was issued we had 1.3bn shares and Bells 60m was 5%. We've now got 3.3bn and he's below 2% and the threshold.

Never mind his large salary for failure bonus and consultancy fees will make up for his paper loss.

Very quiet on DRC front and we were led to beleive an annual report was prepared assuming DRC was received not quite sure who he's trying to fool.
