No amount of links shows this dog in any better light.

Logically if you have a delay of just weeks until receipt of cash why issue 666m shares and dilute allready beaten shareholders to the ground.

Richey no expert on trading but what I know from ten years of watching RRR is news is never a suprise. Every RNS has significant activity before its officially released. My view is a privileged few are allways told and get in to sell on a spike. This is different but clearly the privileged changing positions.

I do wonder if it's all wrapped up in the 19th October RNS. The amount is about right and rather than issue shares at a 15%% discount they are full price with discount in cash. The timing is also about right. A face saving measure but just speculation on my part.

He did similer with the Greenland deal.

I think he's Wilkins McCawber hoping " something will show up" .

Probably a good entry point if DRC comes good but that's a pure play on AB being truthful.

Personally I think AB should be judged by receipt of cash in Jan 24.

At best he has misled over the last two years with the word imminent in early 2022 attracting mug investors.

At worst re DRC election he has lied just to conveniently buy time.

Time is now up and very little wriggle room.

My view is he's in too deep and that's where we are and DRC is far from certain. But DYOR and IMO only.

But let's cut the cr*p about Gold lithium and other assets and stick to DRC.

Not sure gold price makes much difference to RRR. Most of our prospects are marginal or too long term.

You may have noticed Lundy that RRR is on a knife edge and only DRC will save it.

Bell must be on his final life. Next dilution is curtains.

Will we get a no nonsense RNS on receipt of DRC funds or more delay and deflect ?

1- News on trucks 2 -10 reaching port ? Has that happened ?

2. Is the Limon royalty on the mill processing or mine production ? If its mine production suggestion on other board receipt might be questionable.

What we post on these boards good or bad does not influence how the company performs. That's down to the Board and Mr Bell.

2023 probably was the worst year in RRR history. Ten fold decline in SP during the year. Fingers crossed DRC comes good and long suffering holders have a better 2024.

Dead duck on the other site seems to be suggesting the royalty is on the Limon mine rather than the Mill. There seems some uncertainty with the suggestion being the mine is not being worked. Not good news if true. DYOR and IMO only.

Yes sells perilously close to 0.06p now.

Strange 3 months ago with all the Lithium stories this spiked at 0.2p. That's over 300% from here.

Other than traders every investment made in RRR for ten years has lost.

He needs DRC desperately. I'm not even sure he can pull that off. Interesting start to next year.

Are you not worried that RRR has booked limon income in the accouts to 30th June 23 but not received any of the cash.

Two year long dispute last time with them on the initial consideration in 2017 worries me.

I've got a 319 sell order in for 20% of my holding and will be surprised/ delighted if its triggered.

Renndava - get your sentiment but HBR UK is not loss making. Its more profitable soon ( as hedges end) than ENQ. It only has a limited corporation tax sheild.

Not forgetting its an all of nothing deal. So we take all the assets [ excluding Russia].

In time some of these that are not a great strategic fit and none core will be sold and help reduce debt very quickly.

As said earlier only thing that worries me is BASF being an unwilling SH. Solve that and a good deal becomes a perfect one. Any ideas ?
