What's Bell going to do with $7.5m. The company debts Kansai, two lots of CLNs, hidden loan in RRR Coal are not far short of that. No headroom to issue shares !!. Answer is he will blow it. The new shareholders all 666m will sell into any rise. Anybody in at 0.2p has zero nil chance of seeing that again. December dilution 666m was the coffin finally nailed down Kapput. All IMO or course and DYOR.

I think we would have been told if the ship had left port either in the accounts [ issued a month after the first "export"] or an RNS or X post.

They need all the good news they can get.

Just like Tin Hill is mothballed due to low prices it would not suprise me if subsequent events on the difficulties of small scale exports has dawned on them and actively is suspended.

Having ridiculously bigged this up task forces and 5 Chinese buyers I'm not sure they want the flack of admitting it.

This company has ten years of ignoring bad news and moving onto the next big thing. Let's hope The 200 tonnes is not history repeating itself.

A Corcel style lift barely gets this to 0.2p.

The 666m share issue was a huge nail in the coffin.

To me it says DRC or any asset sales are a long way off. As you said holders were shafted.

No holdings RNS or indication who the placing was to. It is obviously the privileged few who will clean up on any wind up.

You don't need a degree in maths to realise if you issue 666m shares, someone's holding will change.

Zumore great minds 93m shares at current SP of 18 cents = £8m plus seven years of generous dividends just blown on rubbish.

The company is so inept on its corporate page NOW it lists one of the highlights as 300k of Jupiter dividends that was years ago on a holding far less than 93m.

To be replaced with what Elephant 200 tonnes of Lithium and £1.5m a year of corporate overhead and finance charges.

Zumore the main bit is we have wasted nearly £30m the balance sheet value, from never ending fund raising and have blown the Jupiter shares which at there peak were worth £1m a year in dividends.

None of our assets is worth much or else they would have been sold.

The companies track record for nineteen years is shocking and should be called out as you are doing.

Posters like H5O have their head in the clouds that we are paid and in some boiler room !!. That's idiotic Lundy and Bell and this awfull company are why the bashers post not because we are paid.

We are now into the promised 2-3 month pipeline for news on 200 tonnes.

They have allready said its commercial in confidence which in terms of margins and cost is beleivable but as a bare minimum we should be told - where the 200 tonnes is now and sale proceeds.

No news in a month or so and the inference is plans are all on hold and the announcements were just face saving measures.

That said our man in Kinshasa is probably nodding our $10m through as we speak.

So it can be done but RRR will never see 0.2p again. Even with an equivalent rise.

Interesting they have a poster Edgein who knows so much that there are questions about if he's an insider.

His posts are relevant and he's well mannered.

Unlike Helpful Lundy he's predicted a winner. With five years of failure Lundy should hang up his boots.

I would be utterly amazed if anyone was interested in our Lithium assets. But as you said stranger things have happened.

Looks like the one world class assets we had re Glencore we were "conned" out of. I'm hypa critical of management but don't really know enough about that to provide an opinion on if we could have done anything differently.

More drivel about a company increasing its off take to 150k tonnes.

Helpful used to boast about Tin Hill being that size less than 6 months ago with 5 Chinese buyers and a task force.

Sadly it turns out our operation is 0.2k tonnes [ 200 tonnes] and even then the whereabouts of six of our seven trucks is dubious.

What has that post got to do with the train wreck of a company that Lundy has sucked unsuspecting investors in for years. [ DYOR and IMO doesn't cut it morally or ethically]

Can someone not filtered ask him why no holdings RNS on 666m shares. The governance is shocking !!
