Read the 5th Aug 22 RNS entitled asset review. He says he agreed a discount and a settlement with someone who didn't have authority. Six months after arbitration.

14 months later he pulls out the same playbook you refer to at an interview.

Absolutely key is material £1m plus cash from someone or somewhere. He might get DRC or somone in Lithium world with deep pockets but no funding and its horrible dilution.

Yes Robins - the Russians in Greenland, the miners at Limon the locals at Tin Hill, the fake Congolese that he negotiated with in good faith for six months on DRC or the new guys showing up.

Robins completely agree and sympathise. With Helpful here the board lacks balance and objectivity so just trying to add a little. AB is in a real mess and I'm hugely suspicious on ALR. How can something that was just small scale sales to local market in March 23 become this hugely hot export opportunity in July 23. Yes the goal posts changed and its our plan B. But they are selling Plan B as about ten times the value of Plan A. The whole thing doesn't feel.right and I do wonder if he's just cluching at straws. Still as you say Andrew will allways win.

Yes Denis and even at the point of the deal cash on hand with no debt was enough to pay a dividend of at least the current SP !! Since then a lot more cash has been added as gas prices rise.

Unless DRC comes good imminently ( sorry but irony is delicious) or ALR attracts a generous deep pocketed benefactor we desperately need a share issue.

Behind the scenes AB will be working on the authorities to do that.

The dilema here is because placings are allways to high ner worth individuals or freinds they want them as low as possible.

AB knows he has an obligation to long suffering shareholders and even the Helpful of this world (whose CLN is on far worse terms) to get the placing away as high as possible.

The pressure on him to manage these competing interests must be intense. In the absence of facts around progress or milestones (as Seculative calls them) we have a world where IMO the SP is driven purely by rumour and innuendo.

The mother of all placings will happen at a really low price unless AB can produce excellent and real news. The pressure here on AB is immense and for those who are not the "few" interested parties the risk here is huge. My advice is treat RRR as a trade not an investment but good luck with it.

Not much news on the task force and Chinese signing or mid day RNS promised by Helpful Monday or first equity NPV promised again by Helpful three weeks ago. Hopefully Helpfulls role is sinking in !

The July CLN have a conversion price of 0.2p

The October CLN - 15% below the placing price.

The next tranch of the October issue CLN will be interesting. Progress and Bell should get hugely better terms. No progress and terms will be the same or worse.

The company desperately needs money from somewhere to stop the death by share issue spiral.

So DRC ? Speculative I would never knowingly provide disinformation. I and others thought he said he turned town half as settlement he did not join that to " from people without authority" ( listen again and welcome your view) . So caveated but why turn down half ? We desperately need it.

2 Funnding for ALR.

The nonsense in the last RNS about IPOs and royalties is so far into the distance its irrelevant. Helpful will point to Limon but the Royalty is peanuts in the near term . Consider if we had not sold Limon for a song we could be directly producing and selling the gold that Helpful is so excited about.

It's an unfortunate fact but if AB fell in a barrel of nipples over the last five years he would come up sucking his thumb. Every dog has its day but I'm not sure there is any stand out reason why anything for this dog should be different.

More deflect and detract from Helpful.

Gold has traded in a band between $1700 and $2000 for the last three and a half years. In real terms in a high inflationary environment gold price is actually DOWN.

Its a Steptoes yard side show and Helpful distract and deflect tactic practiced for five years.

The main issues Helpful needs to stick to are

[1] DRC will it ever happen ( spec you have told us a few times that's why your invested]

[2] Is there any substance to the huge hype on Zimbabwe. Robins we all await that clear unambiguous RNS that RRR is incapable of including most importantly how its funded without value destruction of share issues.

Will we buck the allways a Friday for news or rumour or will it be today ?

Helpful so you've been prattling on about RRR for five years and it's SP has fallen ten fold. Talk about the pot calling the kettle.

Normally the day for share movement and excitement 90% of the time. AB loves a Friday tease will it be

1 - A proper clear unambigious RNS.

2 - A very wordy and not specific RNS with lots of intent but no specifics.

3 - The great man on the formally known as Twitter site posting pictures of people and rocks.

Let's hope given all the hype - Helpful is in overdrive its number 1

AB has set himself with a number of interviews to deliver. I do wonder if he intended the interviews on their own to cause a spike so he can get a placing away ? It doesn't work as he's cried wolf too oftern.

Pumpy absolutely right. Bell has hung himself by saying he rejected 50% of DRC. The pressure is really on now for the full 100%

Why did he do that ? To try to push up the SP to get a placing away. In the same way he has totally bigged up ALR. Fortunately its like Russell Brand too many old flames turning up to call him out.

Aklee you could be right and do well but the jury is out on if management/ special interest ( high net worth individuals Helpful CLN and charge holders ) and ordinary Jo shareholders interests are aligned.

Feels more like a trade than an investment and poster DV Harrison is doing very well on a trading basis. It seems to be his number one share.

Funding is key. The skeptic in me which as proved fairly right on this share does wonder if RRR will carry 100% of development costs even though we only own 47% of ALR

The remaining 53% are in are in the main high net worth indiduals and CLN holders ( Helpful has told us that much). Probably a sweetener to extend the CLNs in July 23. Absolute speculation on my part but it the type of arrangment RRR has been called out for before. Time will tell.

Indulging you and assuming Andrew achieves all this is short order, the key issue is who funds the mining contracter ?

Ultimately if it works it should self funding. But their is a significant lead in time from mining transportation to sale and receipt.

This sounds really expensive. The larger the stockpile the better but to date RRR have been coy about the stockpile.

A proper source of funding rather than endless equity raises and CLNs and even I might change my tune. To me that's a game changer and I would give AB real credit. Helpful take note its called balance !!

DRC comes good and it all works and AB is a genius. The bigger picture says he should have taken half the money !! But was he really offered it. Next few months and accounts will be really interesting.

Current share count 2.570bn add 671m warrants = 3.24b.

The 14 fold dilution since consolidation is way after Greenland.

To be fair Hawai - this is Andrew "imminent" Bell so it is likely to have a catch or not be what it seems.

To bring balance by my calculations 671m shares will kick in below 0.25p. Being warrants at 0.25. on Tranche one CLNs those rolled over at .2p and the latest CLN at 15% below placing price.

For the avoidance of doubt conversion does not bring RRR cash we've had the cash just reduces the debt. And more CLNs on the way we are told

All of this means even on excellent news it won't clear 0.3p add that to the fact RRR can't hold a gain as the few want out as its a traders paradise not an investment.

Unfortunately Bell is making the same mistake he made years ago. Too many shares and future CLNs makes RRR very risky and unable to hold a rise. Don't know about Steeltitan not holding his pecker up Helpful don't you mean RRR and AB can't get it up ?

The nugget everyone misses is the original plan for ALR was small scale sale to local markets. Minimal risk.

Through no fault of RRRs the rules changed to export only. RRRs plans changed.

To make the new plan work they need a multitude of arrangements in place

An export buyer, more funding, transport far higher critical mass. Huge amount of risk. And RRR does not have a task force just bluster by AB.

RRR and particular poster Helpful skips over the revised quantum increase in risk to concentrate on reward only.

As a 10% holder in RRR its not very good that he fails to mention the risk shift and concentrates solely on reward.

But then again that's Helpfuls job to ramp this company irrespective of a balanced position on facts. Posters like Maitit can be forgiven as its his view. Ramping comping from Helpful is pretty unprofessional and underhand.
