What's not changed I'm afraid is the funding spiral re CLNs and warrants. Huge amount of conversions will act as a ceiling on any rise.

Many on here think the past will repeat itself on promises too. You don't. I mean seriously five buyers you've been on here long enough to know he never downplays anything !! Again the fact the actuality whilst it might be good is far less than the hype does AB no favours.

The more I reflect the more incredulous this seems. This one will be added to AB folklore if he doesn't pull it off. Five buyers and they all slipped through his fingers Great if long time holders can remind me of his greatest moments so I can create a list.

2 Imminent DRC monies

3. Sale of shares to fund daughters wedding.

4. Explaing a 800k half year loss. "Profitabilty is not a metric relevant to this company"

Blissful to be fair yesterday seems no different to the volume and swings ZPHR routinely does.

Spec the relevant note is 18 Trade and other payables. The line is inter group borrowing.

You are correct for the Group on consolidation this is Nil but for Red rock the company it is £1.890m creditor.

RRR coal has lent RRR £1.9m. Nothing illegal and full disclosure in the accounts. But why do it ? Main reason is so shareholders are in the dark until the accounts allways issued in new year lull as late as possible.

RRR has done this for a number of years and AB has been hammered at year end by the unsuspecting.

There is evidence that the majority of what it was for ( in Note 18 )has been repaid but we don't know what's been added. We will find out soon.

Don't want to be too negative and the accounts will be close to audit sign off but AB has form on using the AB coal route to keep the lights on. Question is how much ?

Spec - this is my bread and butter so I'm not wrong. I have a real problem with Helpful and will allways pose the other side so investors can draw some balance.

AB will really want the DRC receivable recognised in the accounts. This will stretch from non disclosure [ bad for RRR] to contingent asset ( just a note and ok) to some form of accounting recognition albeit discounted ( like limon) which would be very good and illustrate AB has shown the auditors paperwork to illustrate its likely.

If that happens I will be impressed and your reason for investing validated.

Red Rocks accounts have Limon as a non current asset equivalent to £1.3m. The reduction from the headline amount quoted by Helpful is the long payment tail leads to significant discounting. So it's good but really slow receipts is unlikely to impact events here and now.

Helpful as ever lacks balance in his posts.

Ask him about the £1.8m of liabilities due now through our RRR coal subsidiary. That's where we hive off all the stuff we don't want anybody to see.

Looking forward to the new accounts to see what new liabilities we have acquired which Helpful is very quiet on. The name Riversfort will I'm sure reappear. RRRs favourite pawn broker.

The red flag was when sales to local market (plan A) went belly up through no fault of RRRs.

The speed with which it was replaced by Plan B ( export) was breathtaking.

If Plan B was so good why was it not allways the plan.

In my opinion it's just mega ramping to drag in the unaware to get a fundraise away as small local sales were denied them.

Next proper RNS news will be super interesting.

Just bluster and innuendo since then. Bell has in ten years never once matched hype with official news.its pitiful that he repeats this year after year.

RRR has more leaks than any company I've ever seen. We will have a spike manipulated and encouraged ( we allways do) followed by the SP falling off the cliff as the reality of the actual news and all the vagaries and unanswered questions hits home.

Five buyers as a previous poster said he's really set himself up.

Even with a single buyer [ and on past performance i will be impressed if he gets that ]getting it to market mining etc difficult with no cash !!

Limon royalty sell it forward but likely to be no takers.

DRC - sell to Burford or someone at a loss.

Helpful knows we need cash or the death spiral will continue and so instead starts in the detract and deflect story of asset sales.

Be nice to have an RNS with substance rather than all the gossip and innuendo started by Bell. In fifteen years he's never exceeded the hype so let's hope this is different.

Will never hold above 0.3p unless they have new funding source [ DRC or Lth partner with deep pockets]. This is because of share issue referenced in last RNS on CLNs and huge amounts of warrants and conversions at 0.2p to 0.25p.

Highly risky investment unless they get a new funding source that's NOT CLNs or share issues.

Three Duke- the last unnamed CLN was on far more preferable terms than Helpfuls roll over one and matures in late April before his. I bet my bottom doller it's Riversfort ( accounts will tell). The same guys who have kept a small amount of debt from recent repayment and a charge on RRR assets.

What the beleivers don't see or choose to ignore are.

1 - Helpful is a ramper all of his posts are irrelevant.

2 - The last month is just solid innuendo and rumour created by AB on X. No solid RNS. AB has never got close to delivering his own hype. What's going to change.

3 - Next AGM he will seek authority for 2bn shares. The vast majority of which will be needed to cover " sunk" commitments re CLNs warrants loans aroubd 0.2p and below. And thats before any shares to raise new funding.

Without a new revenue stream this will never make it past 0.3 as a tsunami of conversions and sales happen.

Lots on this Board in denial and they will probably feel the same about Helpful as Titan does when this hits home.

Speculative - defining points for RRR are the accounts due by 31st Dec - we can find out loans arranged through subsidiaries. It was £2m last year through RRR coal !!! One to watch.

Late April 24 when the new CLNs get converted.

Will RRR assets be around in 10 months of course. Will RRR still be an AIM listed company not on the suspended list. Jury for me is out based on the ridiculous spinning of plates and death spiral funding approach.

The deal at KOD took 10 months of due diligence from annoucement to fruition. RRR can't survive that long.

On the here and now there is no read across - KOD better aseets and management. Helpfil promised three weeks ago first equity Npv report where is it ? Burkino faso where is it ? Chinese off take rns ?

So share price and profits are not relevant its Exports that matter.
