I think they have authority for 9.9bn shares so 2.8bn headroom.

Next AGM IMO will have one substantive item debt for equity swap of £4m of CLNs [ that was at 31st December 2024] so probably higher. 0.01p anybody ? Authority to issue 50bn sought ?

We are also nearing year end 30th June 2025.

If you click on the link in Rock8s post the first article is about Wood Group. The second is an excellent post on HBR which I can't recollect seeing on here.

It was interesting AB made no mention of the supreme Court judgment being required for the Arbitration on 23rd Jan RNS . It was go away and reach a concensus in that RNS.

He introduced the judgement being published on 31st March [ near the point of publication he stated ].

I suspect the Arbitration is one process and the judgement another.

Yes one supports the other but the judgement seems like a missed opportunity over three years and this does not feel particularly close.

I looked forward to eventually calling this share wrong.

Others think cash flow reductions, covernent breaches and material misstatements are close to catastrophic.

I suspect the only reason big contracts are being won is Sidara is providing a backstop re covernents and bridging finance.

The prospect of JW going it alone worries me and I'm hoping for a sale either to Sid or someone else if they throw their hat in.

For me ZPHR multiple value is all about Paradox.

Most would take 20p if offered in my opinion and be delighted.

Unfortunately Kando can't win this.

His view is correct IMO. But if it all goes through at 35p and the accounts are poor ICE will never give in or change his position.

ICE will claim it's all a conspiracy, board saving their skins , accounts not really as bad etc.

Pointless debating ICE on this one. He wins his view is rather static and stubborn as opposed to realistic IMO.

The board have a lot to answer for but the here and now is what matters. Can WG go it alone ? In my view unlikely. Finger crossed for a higher bid as 35p does feel bargain basement.

I've had them on filter for at least 18 months with all the other nut jobs on here.

Why would Sid agree cash injection before SHs have agreed a sale to them. ?

1 - it puts them in the driving seat

2 - it's repayable if the sale does not go through.

3 - it has a poison pill provision making WG far less palatable to other bidders. So need to pay Sidara loan plus say 50% [ illustrative only]

4. Win win for SID if they really want WG.

I do feel that could be the direction of travel and conversations would have been had with major PIs.

We only have Helpfuls word for the marginality argument.

He's hardly impartial and has been wrong for years so I think it was a poor deal

1 - Bell had to go legal to get his upfront payment.

2 - as Helpful says he's lost 7 years interest.

3- he could have mothballed the asset and got a lot more. But he had to sell as like allways he was desperate for funds.

Others will make up there mind. But remember Helpful is the company spokesman and an Insider.

So Bell sells the mill and site for $3m up front and $3m Royalty. So $6m total.

Annual payment on net smelter Royalty to RRR.for 3% is 800k. Profit to Soma for their 97% = $26m a year.

It's looking pretty good to you Helpful as you wear blinkers. It highlights a terrible deal to others ?.

Selling an asset worth potentially hundreds of millions for $6m. This time unlike DRC it was not stolen. What does it say about Bells business acumen ?

- zero royalty cash until November.

- 200k a quarter after that.

- RRR cash burn 300k a month over half is debt financing. [ £10m or so]

Debt will be £1.8m by we get to November and grow at 900k each quarter afterwards.

200k every quarter from this won't touch the sides.

Too little to late. But you know that and your job is to hype RRR as an insider.

Bell himself says DRC is painfully slow. Even if he succeeds its likely to take too long. I would suggest a year based on three years to get a Publication is not unreasonable ?

Funny to think Bell was visiting the bank in late January 25 following all the hype. Excitement grew !! As ever hyperbole.
