By way of illustration borrowing went up from $25.2m Dec 22 to $35.4m. In Dec 23.

Despite a placing for 90m shares at 3.5p raising $3.9m in June 23.

Net debt is better but not decreasing.

With insurance proceeds no cap ex etc we should get a material reduction in Dec 24 and hopefully they quote May 25 and its lower

So provided lenders support I'm OK but what I don't want is an equity raise anywhere near the current SP.

The accounts should give a feel for if debt is being paid down.

I have to say guys after 6 years of ridiculous hyperbole and a huge losing run anyone else get the feeling he's losing the faith.

Anytime now he might just complain about the lack of success, cash burn, bad and non existant communication, high debt and userous interest rates.

If you read the RNS.

It's 100% owned paid for by the third party. All production belongs to the third party.

We may get a share of production once a certain hurdle rate is met. That's not defined.

Not even mention of a management fee.

Vote of confidence in ZPHR management YES.

Value accreditation in short term. NO.

For me it's a side show. Paradox is what matters.

You make good points on production but what really worries me is as far as we know the partner who stumped up $7.5m has not committed to production.

When they do I will be far happier and the SP will move.

The risk is they don't see 800-1.2mboe as good as the targeted 2mboe. Also they are less keen on gas share.

I'm all in on this share, but still don't think it's fully derisked.

1- Firm production annoucement.

2 - Accounts ( due shortly) showing debt paired down as cap exp is now Third party and insurance recognised.

So they have converted £200k of loan before. That would be a cool one billion shares.

Of course the lenders control a huge % of the equity but neither they nor RRR are prepared to do a holdings RNS.

It would be madness to invest as we don't know the name of the lenders, the rates [ although from accounts we know they are userous] and to what degree the lenders control RRR equity.

If you knew these facts IMO you would not touch this share.

Looking at what actually happens who from JO and I CE can claim a win.

1. TO at 35p - clear JO win but ICE will claim he didn't lose as all a board conspiracy.

2. Second higher bid - technically a draw IMO.

3. Board reject 35p. Technically ICE takes the lead but unless the SP as adjusted for Right issue clears 35p quickly I would say its a JO win.

Hard to pin an ICE loss down but the worse the historic restatements and 2025 cash flow are [ if we ever see it again] the more shaky his position becomes [ but even then he could pull the blame the board card].

My own opinion for what it is worth is anything could happen. I think Sid need WG. I think WG need some balance sheet support .Recent contract wins suggest to me a little more value. I can't see WG going it alone but see a higher price if a second bidder arrives or 45p if it SID [ the premium represents contract wins and turnaround since original bid].

But hey what do I know. We should all find out soon..

Helpful adjusting for the 25 to 1 consolidation RRR would have 170bn shares in issue. Far more than PREM.
