Only question is when do the lenders call time on the company and liquidate the assets and renage on the liabilities that are not theirs ?

I suspect they allready have a charge over anything of value ie Soma [ if it has value]. Helpful will say no charges lodged at CH which is why RRR is all about trust. If it won't tell you who it's lenders are would you trust it to formally declare any asset charges ?

IMO and I may be wrong the accounts in terms of the main substance of material adjustments are known and have been now for a while. SID are aware, lenders are aware and so are big PIs and Advisors. That's why SID are likely providing bridging finance which will be permanent as part of the deal. Big PIs have been fully involved. Independent Advisors to. I think it's 75% to push it through without ICE seeing the accounts but that could well happen. Or you will see the accounts along with a statement of most institutions support so fait de complie

I might be wrong and will put my hands up if I am. Soon find out definitely a few twists and turns.

Separate research shows investigation does not stop a company sale.

My view Sid know the financial damage and impact from all draft reports and accounts.
