We have all the screenshots of his ridiculous statements on FASO and Tin Hill.from late 2023 through to mid 2024.

He seems to have completely reigned it in now and it's exclusively SOMA, commodity prices and neighbours.

I think investers here would have a strong case against SL based on his Insider position and some pretty reckless opinion orientated statements.

Those individuals would have course need to have the will to proceed and cash and RRR needs to go bust first.

I did smile when Stephen said this site is a perminant record of statements.

I'm not an Insider so am allowed facts and opinions.

Helpful is an insider, really he should avoid posting full stop. His latest posts are certainly more factual but lots of ramping and opinions in the first half of 2024, held here permanently.

Accounting excemptions apply but two observations.

Your 22.46 post last night I thought was very well thought out and balanced.

My only observations / additions are.

- you don't consider or mention lenders who will influence the eventual end game.

- my suspicion is 35p is more than a floor as SID have played a blinder by allready guaranteeing or indeed re financing some of the debt which put them in a superb position re a rival bid. I'm not saying if that's fair but it's a likelihood.

- just because we have accounts doesn't mean the institutions aren't fully aware of the auditors work and conclusions. So best interest of clients is boxed off.

- other potential buyers could reveal there hand and should get the exact level of access to all company information as SID. I don't buy it all has to wait for accounts.

So I still think 35p.

What I don't see is the prospect of WG going it alone.

Lots of conspiracy talk here, but even if it might not seem like it for some posters this BOD is in enough trouble as it is and the chances of them doing something nefarious on this take over is very low in my view. They will dot every I and t.

We can agree in part

The fact WG are winning significant contracts is good news recognised by all posters in my view.

Most of all because customer due dilligence would need convincing WG are a going concern and can deliver over the life of the contract. An inexact science but that seems to have improved since SID were involved. This point is subtle.

A few posters on here have talked about the value of contract wins and we have no clear evidence of whether the position in the last three months is good or bad or about average compared to normal say past few years.

It's my view that the backing of SID is really helpful to WG and all SHs in that respect.

That's not to say it should be at the exclusion of any higher bid but sorry I can't see any prospect of your clearing out the Board, new Board and WG going it alone scenario.
