As an Investment Advisor and knowing all we do about RRR would you not conclude we are nowhere near that level of committed expenditure ?

Not meeting licence conditions is delinquency.

You can deny it as much as you want but the company is failing everywhere FASO, COTE, Elephant no IPO, Kenya, RRAL stalled takeover.

Do you remember Bell selling his consultancy to GML at COTE for 10k. He's not done that yet.

The facts are there - FASO licence terms and expenditure. Slide 17 and the accounts - do the maths as you oftern say ! And as Bell says production REQUIRED in two months.

As for Cote of course its different licence terms and its much more onerous of I recollect 160k a year ? I will dig them out and confirm. We've done nothing in Cote and still waiting for the fast track termites sent on October 18th 2024. Remember you spat your dummy out that I was lying about RRR promising Cote production in 2024.

I dug out the RNS and even you were gobsmacked.

But they seem to be well behind licence terms in FASO and COTE.

Focus on the very odd choice of word REQUIRED.

Concentrate on what is shown as FASO expenditure in the accounts and compare it to the licence required investment on Slide 17 of the Feb 24 presentation.

It's not difficult after all you are an Investment Advisor.

2023 was the year of Lithium. It was all nonsense culminating in 200 tonnes of third party Lithium now missing.

2024 was the year of FASO gold. It was all nonsense what little kit they had was in customs and probably still is so they could never have produced in 2024.

2025 ? Mythical sale of licences that looks like are delinquent and zero progress on the imminent DRC arbitration. The form book suggests nonsense.

You could not have picked a worse performing company to champion but still you are here ramping it.

As you said Dukey they were probably owed 20k but took 30k with of shares at 0.03p.

From the 12th June 2025 RNS it says

The chances of RRR delivering from scratch in two months is in my opinion zero.

They have most likely lost the licence due to inactivity in two months time . Slide 17 of the Feb 24 presentation lays out fees due. To help your maths Stephen the area of Boulon is 164sq kms.

The accounts indicate negligible expenditure at either FASO or COTE. Understandable as RRR has no money. But that leads to a licence breach and RRR losing licences.

It also begs the question why would anyone 31st March 2025 half year accounts be interested in transaction or [s] for FASO upgraded to due dilligence on 12th June RNS when the licences are likely delinquent and freely available pretty soon ?

That's why Lithium is relevant Stephen in that everything RRR do has that slight whiff of Lithium.

Greenland and 200 tonnes are evidence IMO that nonsense and hyperbole are etched in the DNA of RRR.

Will FASO and COTE end up in the same place ?

RRR has 200 tonnes of Lithium that have been missing since Nov 23.

What do you think we're they stolen or did it never exist at all or are they in storage somwhere whilst RRR issue shares like confetti ?

Helpful - what a load of tosh.

1 -Mosonoi - not one £ of production income to RRR. It's actually cost us subsequently a few million chasing an asset that we were not careful enough to secure. Your link here is ridiculous.

2 RRR have had zero production from Kenya. Despite 18 years of ownership. It's been for sale for most of these years. Covid has long gone.

Two fat lies from the resident insider.

Limon we had marginal production at a loss. We sold the asset at a loss for $1m. The accounts refer. Yes we had production but not profitable.

Thankfully someone who knows what they are doing now operate it and we get a royalty in November. As we have discussed many times that will likely accrue over three years and in the unlikely event RRR is not bust by November will only cover 20% of cash burn. FFS interest charges are 7k a day.

The problem with high risk high reward is the duration of time Spec.

You invested when RRR was what 0.3p ?and have averaged down.

Since then Bell has :

Blown millions

Quadrupled the share count .

Created zillions of options and 4billion convertible CLN share.

Borrowed excessively at ridiculous rates.

Is it a good risk and reward at today's SP ? My honest opinion is still too much risk.

Sadly anyone getting in below 0.05p is in my opinion nailed on to lose. Which is virtually everybody.

Helpful and Bell lure people in which they have done for years and nothing ever materialises.

Seems to me Bell has downed tools on the whole company [ what was the point of the RRAL aquisition ] and is stringing Helpful and his clients along [ Bell is the corporate memory on DRC].

Soon they will despair of funding this and pull the plug.

What's really hacks me off is a number of posters who seem to think the $100m is something it's not. It's not a direct investment in ZPHR with anyimmediate benefit.

I think everyone agrees CH needs to deliver. Too many hold up moments and deviation.

Still concerned we don't know the intentions of the $7.5m free carry driller. If they don't want to proceed [ using their 50% to get their money back ] it tells you all you need to know about Paradox.

That single piece of news is the game changer and the longer the silence the more I'm concerned on Paradox.

I don't understand it full stop and truth be known nor does anyone else I suspect as the communication was unclear.

CH needed the placing / raise and the aquisition as the RBL is due this month. [ was actually due late May]

He may have distanced himself from my comments on this board by talking about the impairment being non cash and related to the accounts as opposed to the RBL.

However the RBL must be driven by the price of oil as the sole company asset. The calculation may not be the same but the link to oil price in both accounts valuation and RBL determination is unequivocal.

That link will be proved when we get the RNS on loan redermination. My suspicion is total headroom will be lower despite the new acquired asset as in total it does not compensate for the decline in POO on exiting assets.

I really thought this share would multibag. I'm still hopeful but getting more skeptical.

I do think I called this right the placing / acquisition had to happen due to loan redermination. Hence the change in sequencing on what happened. Recent aquistion / placing forced on the company as opposed to an opportunity too good to miss.
