Our lenders are pretty canny advised by a certain someone :) so RRR probably can't forward sell as the royalty as it is restricted collateral.

RRR does not do holdings RNSs so who knows about charges ?

Question for RRR who are paying 7k a day in finance charges [ based on half year report and growth rate in finance charges over the last year] is how much could we sell it for ? Some loans are 0.5% interest a day and they need paying off.

I would take $1.5m as a shareholder which would give Bell a further 4 months to pursue DRC. As Spec says who knows what's happening there

On the face of it huge potential but an inability to progress. That 60 metres was talked about in 2022 at length and here we are still.

They demonstrate 100% of well income on two scenarios - 50% accrues to us from day 1.

1 - would you say the company has failed all Cote objectives ?

- No production at all when in March 24 they planned to spend $2.5m in 15 months ?

- missing termite samples. Oct 24 RNS.

- missed production promised in October and November RNSs for 2024 ? No evidence it's even started.

2 - Would you say the chances of RRR selling a licence decrease significantly the further they are behind on "average" payments and the closer they are to the licence end date?

Any buyer would wait until the licence end period ?

Also they know RRRs position so they could offer fire sale prices.

So I withdraw delinquency and suggest largely unsellable as not enough evidence of care and maintenance or a work programme pertaining to meeting licence objectives.

It's great debating you on specifics.

Big trust issue I'm afraid Helpful . The company has delivered nothing for ever.

Common sense says if you aquire a licence for a set period of time and have done diddly squat so far the attractiveness to a buyer is far less. They would have a large cash outlay in a shortened period.

The generic term I am using is delinquency.

It's all academic anyway in my opinion as the licences are unsellable and we have likely only had fire sale interest as others have pointed out, if we had interest at all.

As I have told you for five years.

See the March 2024 presentation. Slides 16 and 17 show the plan to be in production by June 25 and have spent $2.5m.
