Dicko apart from one day in January 25 co-inciding with a false narrative Bell had the DRC cash the last time this was 0.06p was 17th April 2024.

We had 4.058bn shares we now have 7.25bn.

This is nothing other than a P&D to facilitate a placing.

With that gold price and those stand out artesian gold grades it's making Bells decision to sell a producing gold mill at Limon for $6m [ NPV probably $3m given court case delays and nine year production / royalty lag ] pretty stupid.

Yes gold price will accelarate the $3m royalty stream but critically won't increase it as he capped the royalty at $3m. In hindsight a royalty on a % of production would be far better.

At worst and most likely it doesn't exist at best he's not sure on existance and is not paying safeguarding RRR company assets which have been in storage 20 months due care and attention.

In terms of the auditors declarations he is not complying with a CEO requirement to safeguard the assets.

It's incredulous he tries to tie a statement of the here and now to April 24 FASO presentation. Covering his tracks poorly.
