faso is dangerous to the extreme, the regime is nationalising gold assets.

rrr has spent nearly two years talking of production from faso [ you were in overdrive with that calculator april 24 - july 24 with predictions everyone told you were ridiculous].

i can only assume me highlighting the switch from gold gold every fckin where and original plan at biballe to a new site at boulon has *****d you off.

The Plan and presentation and all the figures Helpfuls calculator threw out -5,000 ounces net to RRR soon, 1,200 tonnes per hour throughput and $450 all in cost were the BIBALLE licence. That was May 24.

The company has now dropped BIBALLE, which was the Sam , Mike Gittings., child minor trucks etc prospect completely !!

Out of the blue on 12 June they stated they had moved equipment to site at BOULON a completely different area and licence " for exploration and production at BOULON which is required to start I two months !!"

They also said for the umpteenth time an approach had been made for FASO assets and due dilligence is being carried out.

I picked up the licence switch at the time and expressed incredulity at a two month timeline.

In a fairly comprehensive ( by RRR standards] RNS update on 21st July FASO was never mentioned once. Again I expressed surprise at the pivot to Cote.

My suspicion is zero progress on FASO that they can convince the Nomad on for an RNS statement hence the twitter nonsense.

I look forward to an RNS confirming BOULON production in the next twelve days as required by the licence or the stated asset licence sale.

Sadly a pattern is emerging and IMO that is as likely as the mercurial 200 tonnes of Lithium making an appearance.

Dukey finance charges for the 6 months to 30th June 2024 are 796k up from 293k in the six months to June 23.

It's in the operating cash flow report.

With 182 days in half a year that's £4,373 a day !

It will be far higher now as the debt grows.

I think it's Lundy that needs to get his calculator out.

Lundy won't engage on debt and finance charges as he knows RRR is in a terrible position.

Cote just giving context. Personal view Cote is nonsense as FASO nonsense is unsustainable. Too many crying near a sale !!

Helpful - I told you FASO was unsellable a year ago. Draw your own conclusions but all the talk of due dilligence and interested parties came to nothing.

A factual post on Cote earlier that's how much it cost 68k$. RRR have not proceeded with its development plan in its presentation. Minimum licence commitment is from company RNS.

Do your own research but the licence is exactly that a licence with little or no development expenditure incurred on it. Very raw.

I repeat Cote may be hot but RRR is not.

A reminder Stephen. We have a 68k licence for two and a half years. No expenditure no testing. Minimum required spend $280k per annum.

It was not so long ago you were violently asserting we would have a royalty in quarter 1 [ period ended 30th June 2025]. When pushed you quantified it at 26k. Remember ? We laughed.

Of course as with everything else you were wrong.

July came and went no Soma production.

It's now August.

So if all goes to plan a few weeks August production and a month in September at low throughput will generate a royalty in November.

My 200k is looking generous. I might revise it downwards say 120k ?

Any production from 1st October will be in Feb 26 payment and RRR will be gone by then ( unless Bell pulls off DRC).

I think you are very wise NOT to use your calculator.

Can you remember it gave you some outrageously high figures for Lithium production in Tin Hill and Faso gold production ? Subsequently the actual production was Nil.

Others on here remember it well and your figures were as ever absolutely nonsense.

But hey its your job to ramp RRR.

So you concede you won't debate anything but positive RRR stories.

You unbelievably are also an Investment Advisor !.

For completeness

RRR currently today [ now] has debt four times the value of the Soma receivable.

The Soma Royalty is due over three years plus and not immediately commencing with around 200k in Nov 25.

Finance charges in the half year report are circa 150k a month [ they will be higher now]. And we know involve 25% set up fees and some debt with headline rates of 0.5% interest a day. A DAY let that sink in.

The debt is with major PIs who control the company and £4m is now CLNs. No annoucement no comment or RNS to disclose the CLNs just snuck in Note 11 to the half year report. A debt for equity swap is a likely possibility and will wipe SHs out.

But hey our resident insider Investment Advisor resorts to insults. I have mental heath issues I'm a typical leftie. Not prepared to debate debt or finance charges.

He plays on the fact everyone know he's an insider to now request I stick around as riches will come to all investors.

He's been wrong here for ten years. RRR is 98% down in that time.

Sadly he will be wrong again but he will until the bitter end comply with his duties which are to ramp this share irrespective of the facts and fundamentals.

Cote is the usual nonsense in my opinion as the FASO line is increasingly unsustainable. We have been crying production and licence sales on FASO for nearly two years.

Few fact on Cote.

-Cost of licences a princely 68k.

- required licence spend $280 per annum.

- RRR has not followed through on on its development plans outlined in the Company presentation. Spend nowhere near that.

- they produced an RNS 18th October 2024 saying they had fast tracked COTE termite samples. Nine months later we have not been told the results.

Sorry but this company and its main cheerleader loose lips lundy [ I lost £2.3m but took it on the chin] are both a laughing stock.

Uninvestable and soon they will issue AGM notice and propose billions of news shares for the inevitable debt for equity swap.

Up 35% since June.

Thankfully RRR have 200 tonnes stockpiled.

Time to sell that tonnage after nearly two years.

Indeed PO on18th November 2021 under a post entitled RRR / Glencore the price was 0.57p and you said anyone believing AB could get something out of DRC should be taken with a pinch of salt.

The only way to reduce it is to convert as debt is CLN backed.
