Wheres the proof of any receivable from VUP Helpful ?

This DRC saga has gone on for three years and the prospects of any receivable are too remote to show in any full year or mid year accounts.

£4m of CLNs appeared as if by magic hidden in Note 11 to the half year report - so likely arranged just after Littlejohns the Auditors signed off the year end. To avoid disclosure of course.

We don't know the original terms so what use is an RNS talking of revised terms.

No ifs and buts ordinary Jos have been mugged and the fat lady is warming up for the end game at RRR.

Normally needs a few weeks notice including informing SHs of resolutions.

CLN holders £4m plus will want their pound of flesh.

You promised to post me a link to the £1m plus 15 year old Greenland creditor from either accounts or RNS. As I mentioned we picked up on the payments years ago but wondered why they were being made. The company has not had the courtesy to tell us the reason for the payment or value.

12th June 2025 - production at FASO in two months and due dilligence on FASO licence sale.

Yesterday 21st July - Five weeks later - no mention of FASO at all [ production in three weeks :) ] its now full pivot and all about Cote.

15 year old Greenland liability from a Contractor.

As with everything RRR they have surpassed themselves on the word jaw dropping.

Spec - " I continue to beleive DRC will be a win for RRR".

Just for context a premium to cost. Cost was 68k $US per March 24 presentation. So say £50k. Less than two weeks finance charges from the Half year report. The company and its Investment Advisor champion choose to ignore debt and finance charges. The elephant in the room.

RRR has expensed 140k a year for Greenland through profit and loss for many years.

We have oftern commented on that and debated why ?

What they have never disclosed is why nor the total liability or creditor of £1-£2m on the balance sheet.

Strange a commercial supplier would wait 15 years for payment.

A cynic might suggest it's the Greenland government and a remediation requirement. I have suggested that over the years.

18th December RNS seems clear on its not a repayable loan they brought a 50% interest.

I may be mistaken but read the 18th Dec RNS.

The majority of the £2.1m creditor excluding POW relates to Greenland contractor work pre 2010.

Sounds incredulous to me.

It's 15 years old and has never been mentioned before in any accounts or RNSs.

Not sure it would even be supported by historic account disclosures and amounts.

For 15 years in succession the accounts would have to have had to carry this.

RRR never ceases to amaze.
