2 - Why these are never updated via a holdings RNS when new shares are issued ?

3. Who are the supportive lenders. How much are the loans and at what rate ?

4. Are any shareholders also lenders ?

5. Why were CLNs increased to £4m from 700k with no shareholder communication ? What are the terms.

6. Why have we not had an AGM for 18 months ?

7. What role does Stephen Paul Lundy perform for the company. Is he the authorised representative of any of the major share or debt holders ?

My intuition says Hapless will be involved in the answers. Interested in the Lithium answer and please publish. Well worth sharing with Nomad and Auditor Littlejohns.

The company moved into plush serviced accommodation on 29th April 25 at 71-91 Aldwich.

They left on 10th July 2025. Normal RRR mistake / over reach ?

They have moved the registered address to Eastcliff house. At the same time they have sacked Stephen Ronaldson who has been company secretary forever with MSP who also happen to offer a secretarial service.

Conclusion RRR no longer have an office wage bill should fall and no rent so should be savings. Should have happened years ago. Does this sound like a company on the up Stephen ?

12th June 2025 company RNS says its a requirement to produce in two months at BOULON.

Company is chasing their tale as only ten days left on licence terms [ their words not mine Hapless] . Ask your self do those photos demonstrate even small scale production as demonstrated by their website presentation .

Company has messed up and need to clarify have they left BIBALLE to concentrate on BOULON.
