15 months since I said I would never post again if

1. RRR got more than £4m net from DRC or

2. The share price held 0.12p for three days.

11 months ago I lowered that to 0.08p.

Remember how posters confidently said I wouldn't be posting for much longer ?

Did some dummy buys yesterday and all the sells at 0.0259p were I suspect buys.

So sells not reported but big PIs happy to take 0.0259p knowing full well they get shares at 0.02p [ 1bn share = 200k of debt conversion or cash] in the next issue.

My bet from 15 months ago is looking good.

One subject I know a lot about is RRR. Mr Helpful didn't even realise a yarn was spun twice in Oct 24 and Nov 24 about Columbia production.

Fact and fiction difficult to distinguish here in the allegedly ( Bells words ] precise RRR RNSs .

I have allready and as ever you can't read so I will keep it snappy. 200k a quarter royaltu from November 25. That offsets 300k a month RRR cash burn of which over half is finance charges.

Cash burn per annum. = £3m

Royalty per annum = 800k .

So the allready stratospheric debt grows by £2.2m a year.

1 -it Reduces Soma golds debt, which gets 97% of the income.

2 Does not reduce RRRs debt. Who gets 3% of the revenue.

Whyno reduction in RRR debt ? There is no income until November 25, and its around £200k a quarter.

RRRs debt is £10m now and growing at 300k a month [ source cash burn and info in half-year accounts]

In my opinion contract due dilligence on WG going concern would be needed before any contract was signed particularly given the circumstances and suspension.

Therefore it means a lot.

The assurances have to be WG will continue trading for the life of the contract.

What form and under whose ownership we don't know but anything from a takeover to rights issue.

Do the maths ? A royalty receivable every six months keeps RRR afloat for three weeks.

Funding gap = 5 months and a week = £1.3m.

Consider this RNS - 18th October 2024, in Cote. RRR fast tracked payment for its termite gold sample. Here we are on 20th June 25 and we have yet to get the results !!!

Pathetic but true.

Personally I think the RNS was issued at they were going to make some outrageous claim about a gold find to pump the SP and thought better of it.

Yet despite not knowing the resouce in COTE we were promised Cote production in 2024 in not "precise" RNS in Ocober 24 but a second in November 24.

This company is completely uninvestable and separating fact from fiction in its supposedly " precise" RNSs is a on going challenge.

I think the legal requirement to lay is by 30th June so a week Monday.

Hoping to see debt down significantly and news on Paradox at the same time.

Little bit more on FASO equipment.

Note allegedly all this kit has been stuck in customs from October 24 to June 25.

No evidence in half year accounts of any machinery [ albeit it could be in FASO Minerals Limited] but nothing there. Also question of how could RRR afford this [ agreement with Sam where we used his kit has lapsed] . Is this.really enough kit to start production ? It all has a rather fanciful feel about it just like the Lithium caper to me.

Best chance is DRC and publication of award. Worry is publication is not enforcement or remittance.

A week has passed. Seven weeks to go.

It's utter and complete fanciful nonsense IMO.

I can't beleive they can write this stuff with a straight face.

The transaction or as Helpful corrected me transactions in FASO is a slow burner and now on 12th June its due diligence !!

I wish RRR did due diligence on some of the preposterous RNSs it releases !
