I must say that I am little surprised with enabling loan facility as we already had sufficient funds and will have a free cash flow every quarter to support the Capex. I thought Shaun has mentioned recently that HAV will be funded by funded by teller free cash flow.. I mean something along those lines.

This is annoying for multiple reasons.

1. Low bid price - my average is higher than 10p

2. SP is stuck at 9p, for bying and selling at around 8.5p. So potentially 15-20% loss if you want to get out of this mess.

3. cash paid for only 50% of the TPO price, while AMG's share doesnt even sit on LSE / AIM. My broker (Scottish Widow) doesn't trade AIM Lithium in EU exchange. I will have to speak with them how this would work if I decided to hold until take over.

I would have expected the deal to provide an option to take 100% cash or AMG shares...!

I hold shares just touching 7 figures, split as 30-70 into my ISA and SIPP.

Plan for ISA holding is to pay off mortgage in the next 5 years or so - so aiming to sell some at around £9.50 and remaining at £15 to pay off. So hoping sp would reach there in 5 years.

For the SIPP, plan is to hold then for lifetime (unless something drastically changes) and keep adding as I can until I contribute to SIPP. The aim is to live on the dividend income from that holding.

I have been here since 2013 /14 and averaged up as I built confidence in the projects..
