Sneaky - I mis-read the Nov RNS. I have been here for a while (almost 8 years) but it was in my bottom drawer as I was sitting on 95% loss at once point. Hence I am not up-to-date on activities here, hence seeked clarification. Thanks

sorry I mis-read the RNS it is $2.2m by end of 2022 but first payment of end of 2021. Is this what we are waiting for or are we expecting the outcome of the due diligence by Theomerx to be completed by 31 Dec?

what news are we expecting by year end? Is it receipt of £2.2m as I understand the deal for 201 is already signed.

Before the close today as we are expecting quarterly update tonighr if I get this right.
For a change it is going down before update so I am hoping it will rise after update and break the norm.

GH was delivering new unexpected highs all the ways and SD is delivering new unexpected lows all the way since taken over. I never expected this to go below 20p on its worst day..! Well made a mistake of buying 110k shares on the offer last week.. mistake for short term hopefully...!

Just got confirmation from Primarybid that my subscription was successful. Just got small change back as I was alloted 70 shares less than my request.

I think academy's post might be right. I have known banks asking for minimum balance on the accounts to aquire loans and hold minimum balance to get the loan at cheaper rates. It is not that dilution is better than loan or vice versa. GGP is clear that they need $10m to meet the criteria and also spelled out they have offers on table, so long terms their preferred option is loan for any cash requirements.
