GGP was prepared to pay $85m to keep that 5% which ws decline. Now they got that same 5% for FREE..!
$60m came only once offer was declined and NCM was getting a $25m bargain ($85m-$60m) over the market price (independent assessors price). I hope this clear up your sums...!

GGP RNS states that 85m offfer was made to NCM previously. I think SD said in the proactive interview it was MArch. If it was not March and rather later, it puts NCM into even more difficult position to justify.

NCM is 'f' ed this up considerably and I would wonder how do they justify their own actions in regards to 5%. They talk about SH value on one hand and they have lost $85m for them in arrogance by not accepting GGP's offer but after 4 months giving them away for free. I think lot has to do with the ongoing economic conditions and changing of events between Mach and now - Ukraine war, rising inflation, etc and NCM got caught with all this in their decision making.

This has just worked out perfectly for GGP. To be honest, I dont think it is as simple as it reads and there is something else cooking in SB head which we dont know. I cannot simply explain what they have done i.e. not taking for $60m and instead giving away as an early Christmas gift, expect for the timing of those offers and changing macroecnomic situation globally! If I was SD, I would find it difficult to justify this except from what I have said above.
Enjoy GGP'ers. The only thing is that SD has options for his finances and to pay the NCM debt.

Its been long awaited move in the right direction, leys hope it can sustain for few days as it used to back in 2020..
Shorters won't be burnt as they shorted a considerable higher price, so they still make profit at these levels... but would be good to have them gone..!

As I said earlier, they have been struggling for years to open the first site and dragging it on for years now. I cannot see how they would scale up to 10+ sites, let alone 70+ sites even by 2050. Seems good tech on paper but nothing meaningful being delivered as as someone said, been diluted multiple times during this period.

PH3 should stop the daily Twitter post and get on with commercialing first site ASAP, else this will lose momentum and there will be alternatives to their tech in the market.

^97 units are long way away. I have been year for 8 years now and it is frustratingly low progress on commercialisation. They have dragged Protos to death.
Still holding and sitting on profit, but expected better returns by now

They have been pumping NPV multiple times of the mcap several times in last couple of years but I am struggling to understand what they have been doing during that period in term of the progress.
Does anyone know what meaningful work they have done in last 2 years and when do they expect to start mining.
I am getting the feeling that they are just dragging on the word lithium and expecting miracle to push the sp up!
It might be my lack of reading on ZnWD.

Just read few post here and it seems like we expect GGP to release RNS tomorrow as they did once before. Lets see.
I am not sure if GGP could release drill results by themselves without NCM input!

Are we expecting next NCM update (6 weekly) this week i.e. tonight? Or they are unlikely to release 6 weekly updates anymore expect the quarterly ones?

I did Bed and ISA previously and it cost me just over £100 on a £20k trade. Iwas fine with it as it was a main market stock, so I would have to have paid 0.5% stamp duty if I was to do it manually and take risk of price moving in other direction.
I recommend asking your broker about the cost as they gave me a ball park figure and it was very close to actual cost in the end. My broker for Iweb.
Also note, Bed and ISA doesn't incur trading fee either.

Right TT.. NCM is not just about Hav and they have their own shareholder commitments too. If they want to play games, they would rather subdue the Hav results rather than not releasing the report itself and making it balantly obvious to the market. I think SB and NCM team would be lot smarter than this.

James i agree next quarterly is on 28 Apr and last was on 28 Jan - its on their website. So there are 13 weeks between the two and all i am saying is that interim could be after 7 weeks rather than 6 weeks since we had half year results in mid Feb.

I had a msked this question yesterday but no response. we have 13 weeks between 2 quarterlt updates, so interim could be at either 6 weeks or 7 weeks gap in between. Considering there was half year results in between interim might well be next week.
