NO definitely don't put risk another £90k in here. If and its a big if you want to invest that as well put it in a diverse portfolio of strong stocks with good annual revenue and profit.

I think it will bounce off 60 and trade between 60 and 65. If you remember I got my last call right when I said a dip followed by 63 to 65 range.

Who knows what deal they can pull off but could be between $300m lowside and $400m high side as you say. PMO could also raise a further $300m and use at least $100m from FCF.

I would buy a stock prior to the ex divi date in order to get the divi.
Its £90.6m and not really a profit making business. There is no clear financing in place for Premier Oil to develop Sealion. So if someone bought here they would likely have to pay the full free carry unless they wanted to wait another 5 years for Premier to pay off their debt. This is why I say Zama is the critical thing to Sealion and why I think Premier is now being massively shorted all in INMHO

'Its almost as if no one expects positive news' Well the communications are that we won't hear from UKEF until Q4 2019 and the arbitration until Q1 2020. So why should there be a rush of buyers ?
Market cap is 9X revenue and we are selling our biggest producing asset and giving the buyer this years revenue to boot ! This is why we are not in the mid 20s.
