That 50,000 seller still with us today I see. To me it seems that there is no other explanation that an orchestrated attack to hold this down. We had interest from Tosca fund and Odey Asset Management here in the past perhaps we need another Hedgie on board to push this through the 20s again.

How do we know the legal documents regarding Premiers free carry to Rockhopper don't also have a similar clause ? Meaning any take over would not benefit from the free carry ?

I don't think it would quite play out like that as PMO need to take on less risk and debt not more.
But any farm out deal will likely involve an approach here.
Have a look at all those 50,000 trades holding this down they've been going on for weeks.
We know Goldman Sachs have an interest in PMO.

I think a takeover would have to be at quite some premium or the shareholders wouldn't vote for it. There is no one at the moment with a significant holding yet to make an approach, if they started to accumulate expect 40p + before the offer. Besides how do we know Premier will actually farm out ?

The exeptionals are the most important number in that release. I had factored about 26m for exiting environmental contracts but the other 316m was what I did not know about.

So in 2013 I am only seeing $210m cash and $80m of deposits.

That makes no sense how have the underpaid management got £100m between them.
I'm not holding any for tomorrow morning as I don't see the point.
But good luck those who are I would be reducing now if I wasn't all out just to take on less risk on one event I have no control over.

I think they need to stick to tracking tankers. Now they seem to think they are experts in cruise missles and drones !
