Thanks for the book tip will have to look it out. Do we really believe the reserves estimates of various countries ? I am reliably informed that Aramcos reserves are significantly exaggerated for example.

Yes except debt should offer more gearing to the Oil price, there is also the tax losses we have and a bit more juristictional risk for Africa. Don't forget they still have a tax case against Tullow for $1.8b I think.
